I am travel agent and used this fantastic company for round trip transportation for my clients. Hands down the best I’ve experienced with professionalism and timely arrivals. They had sent me the name and phone number for the driver to pass along to my client. They met my client on time at the airport with their names on a sign. Very smooth and professional. Jose whom I spoke with twice was so cheery and very happy to help with all my questions. Would use them again and again.

Comfortable ride and on time
The company coordinated my trip and the vehicle was waiting for us when we got our bags. Driver took care of us and had water and a comfortable vehicle to deliver us to our hotel at the Port. Will be using them again for our return trip to the airport after our cruise.

Incredible, private, professional travel experience for a fair and competitive price
Best Luxury Transportation provided a fantastic, flexible experience taking me from the airport to my cruise ship and then back to the airport after my cruise. My drivers Omar Jose and Anibal were very professional and polite. The cars were clean and comfortable. My travel plans changed several times and Best Luxury Transportation was able to accommodate the changes with a simple phone call or email. Highly recommend.

Not reliable.
When booking, received a confirmation email that did not contain any detail regarding pick up and drop off, nor did it display on the Viator app. They contacted us twice after booking, asking us for the detail we'd already provided, which we supplied again immediately. They sent a text the morning of our trip trying to confirm details again, which I responded to right away. When we landed, I went to the Viator app and saw that our ride had been cancelled and our money was being refunded because they couldn't confirm our ride. I confirmed by text and email and also through the Viator app. Very unprofessional. We took an Uber, which worked out very well and was $100 cheaper.

Excellent communication from the start. Omar, our driver, was wonderful and the vehicle we used was in great condition. Very nice way to travel to and from the airport and Port Canaveral.

Great Transport Service
Would give a 4.5 rating for the experience because excellent service and driver was super nice and helpful plus waited 2hrs because the flight was delayed. Knocked .5 stars because of last minute fee added to the service that wasn't made aware of at booking

Good Service but watch for Over Charging
Everything was great with the service. Jose was amazing. He was waiting for us coming into baggage claim and was helpful. The ONLY ISSUE was that I was charged for tolls on the pick up day but when I later reviewed the ticket purchase, the tolls were supposed to included. I raised the issue to Best Luxury Transportation and they did not offer a refund.
