Hi Gai, Thank you so much for your wonderful review — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that your airport transfer went smoothly, especially with a middle-of-the-night pickup. Our team takes great pride in being reliable, professional, and easy to find on arrival, so it’s fantastic to know that came through. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back again on your next visit to Auckland. Warm regards, John Kiwi Driver Tours & Transfers 🚐

Hi Larry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we really appreciate it. You’re absolutely right, the walk from certain areas of Auckland Airport to the pickup zones can feel quite long, especially after a flight or for anyone with mobility concerns. We always recommend that guests let us know in advance if they have ambulatory challenges, as we can often adjust pickup points or provide additional assistance where possible. We’re so pleased to hear that your driver made a great impression — we’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to them. Thanks again for travelling with us, Larry. We hope to welcome you back to Auckland in the future! Warm regards, John Kiwi Driver Tours & Transfers 🚐✨
