Had a very nice surf lesson with our family. Waves are fun and challenging enough for us, quite rip current so it is nice that our children of 12 and 15 have their own instructor and we share one. Rainforest views and Manuel Antonio NP is a nice bonus
Amazing experience! I HIGHLY recommend using this company. We took a group of 10 ages 10-70. They all stood up and were surfing! Glen and his wife were so accommodating and helpful. Be sure you get some food and drinks from them too while you are there!
We booked this on a whim. And it was a gold-star experience. We brought a large group of all ages and abilities, and everyone had a great time. Glen and his team made everyone feel comfortable and confident. They were very patient and encouraging. The rest of us enjoyed some time on the beach. Angelica took very good care of us! We ate some fantastic ceviche and enjoyed a beautiful sunny day on the beach.
This was an awesome experience!! Highly recommend if you are planning on doing any water activities. Completely appropriately priced and plenty of time to learn how to surf with hands on instruction.
My wife and I had the best time at these lessons. Glen and Derek were extremely friendly and great company. Derek instructed us and he was excellent. He broke everything down in a simple but thorough manner. When we got out onto the water he gave the perfect amount of guidance after each wave so that we got better and better each time. If you’re looking to have a great surfing experience, then this is the place!
Wonderful service. My daughter and I had a blast. The instructor helped us catch waves, gave us so much insider info about Costa Rica, and the women running the school were friendly and welcoming too. 100 stars. Cant wait to return for another lesson.
We went out in the rain and still had a blast! It was my first time surfing, and with Glen's help, I managed to catch a couple waves! The instructions were thorough and simple to follow. Glen kept us safe and confident the whole time, demonstrating incredible patience and knowledge! Thank you for an unforgettable time in Manuel Antonio, Glen and Derrick!!!
Derek was our surf instructor for the day. He made sure that my kids and I got up more times than not, regardless of our experience level.
Glen is a legend very kind teaches with empathy and clearly finds joy in his art of teaching people to surf he’s in it for the right reasons
