Plan to do this early in your trip. If you need to reschedule (I woke up violently ill the day we were supposed to go) within a 24 hour window, you can. We scheduled it the second to last full day of our trip, so I wasn’t fully recovered. In that case, they gave us a 50% refund, which is fair considering they gave us the chance to reschedule and we just couldn’t make it happen. I have been on this zip lining tour before and it’s great - just a heads up on doing it earlier rather than later on your trip.

This is a well-run well-maintained, very fun zipline experience. The one thing that stood out, however, is that none of the guides were particularly interactive, nor did they seem like they were having fun. This was most disappointing is the majority of the trips we do in this area always have teams who enjoy working together, who have a lot of fun with the guests, and just generally seem to be happy being there.

This was one of our favorite excursions we did in Costa Rica. We have three kids, 14-17-18 and they all loved it. Great time for everyone! I would definitely recommend this for families with all age group of kids. The staff were super friendly and made you feel very comfortable. They took your safety very seriously but made it very fun at the same time. The views were incredible. We saw Toucans and a family of spider monkeys. Something we will never forget! 100% recommend doing this.

We wanted to do one zipline in Costa Rica, and I'm so glad we chose this one. It's a great full package, and I booked directly through them for preferred pricing, which I recommend. We even ended up changing the date of our tour at the last minute, and they were very responsive and accommodating. The ziplines felt very safe, and were exciting as we zipped along and through the treetops, often at 40+mph. I rewatched my video of the longest twin and we were cruising for 1 minute 30 seconds -- a very long time! Guides were great and the whole operation was well-executed.

Kid friendly tour, fun ziplines, beautiful views, friendly and attentive guides, water stations set up throughout the tour which was much appreciated on the very hot day. Lunch that was provided at the end was delicious. Transportation was on time and comfortably air conditioned. Highly recommend.

Excellent zipline experience! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and created a safe, fun experience. Our family of 5 all loved the 10 ziplines, with each one being a lot of fun, and fast. We were able to race in twos for the longest zipline, which added to the day. The photographer, Maria, was always there snapping great photos and giving us friendly encouragement. The guides were all very friendly and made the day extremely enjoyable. As a bonus, we ate a delicious chicken, salad, beans, and rice meal at the end with a refreshing tea/fruit juice while watching all of Maria’s great photos on a big tv screen. We highly recommend El Santuario!
