Lots of parking available near the museum. Plenty of choices for food on sight. This is an amazing museum, so interesting and very informative about Belfast and the inhabitants. The museum tells a brilliant story from start till finish, it is a must see!!
Well worth a visit. A lot to it and a lot for small tired legs. Might suit older kids better. Found the wider historical context very detailed and almost overwhelming so might be a lot for anyone not as interested. Recommend doing it early in day. Found the gift shop at the end a bit much, would have happily bought Irish or local crafts but so much titanic ‘merch’ was a bit macabre considering it’s now a grave.
This was one of our highlights during our 3 day stay in Belfast. I definitely recommend the visit but I suggest that you book prior going as it gets very busy. The experience was very informative and I suggest that you go on the gentle little ride at the end, as this gives you more insight of how the shipbuilding operated during that time, but you can by pass it if you don’t want to wait in the queue. There is coffee shop at the end should you want something to eat or drink as well as a gift shop.

One of the highlights of our 3 days in Belfast/NI. We chose not to do the guided tour and felt we didn’t lose anything by doing so. The Experience is exceptionally well annotated with lots of info boards to read and photos to view. The first quarter is a little bit slow with a lot of info to read, but it’s worth doing as this sets the scene for the rest of your visit. The tour really comes to life on the car ride through the building of the ship and continues right through the rest of your visit. Incredibly well done and a must-do when visiting Belfast.
It's very informative, lots of pictures, descriptions, and interactive displays. Covers a lot more than just the Titanic.
I've driven past this a lot of times when in Northern Ireland on business an I'm so pleased I finally got the opportunity to visit. It's a fantastic experience - not cheap but worth it.
Take your time and pick early in the day. Boy does this place get busy (literally by the coach load). That makes it hard to read the information and the muses quirky design makes movement bottlenecks. However would I recommend; yes. Brilliantly done ,telling the history of the industrialisation of Belfast through to the decline of the White Star Line. The personal stories are never far away and the poignant end to the museum journey makes it feel fresh and relevant today. A must.
The guided tour that is part of the White Star Premium Pass added a lot to the experience. Worth the extra cost to us.
Really interesting and informative experience. Learnt lots about Titanic and her journey as well as the history of Belfast and the connection between the ship and the city. Highly recommend if you’re interested in Titanic
