A terrible start of our day, with inconsistent meeting point information provided by tour operator, which led to our needing to cancel our first taxi since we were uncertain where to tell the others in our party where to meet us. This led to an unfortunate exchange with a thoroughly unprofessional representative from the tour operator, who declared at one point during the phone call, “I don’t think you had any intention to join us this morning,” and “Loads of other large parties have managed their own transportation to the meeting point.” Please, McComb's Coach Travel, remove the FAQ that shows a completely inaccurate meeting point in a different part of the city, one in which the coach driver said they haven’t used in a few years. Please also, McComb's Coach Travel, coach your staff to be a bit more compassionate in phone calls with guests who are simply trying to reconcile the inconsistent instructions you’ve provided. Once onboard - via taxi to the first tour point - our driver Carl was fantastic and made up for the unwelcoming woman on the phone.

Not the experience we were looking for at all. Yes you go to giant’s causeway and are given sufficient time to enjoy that but everything else is rushed and not an actual event or experience. It is 9 hours of time driving for 15 minutes here and there for pictures but no experiencing any of the castles or ruins, just pictures. Bushmills is a stop to go in and do a whiskey tasting, which is as advertised. I will say our driver was phenomenal and while the weather did not cooperate that had ZERO impact on the rating. The rating is based on being promised a full day of experiences and spending the vast majority of it on a coach for 15 minutes of disappointment at 5 of the 6 stops.

Get there early! We arrived early and had purchased preferred seats. We were on the front row on the right side of the bus and had magnificent views. Well organized tour and totally worth it. Patrick, our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, a pleasure to spend the day with. There was no online option for tipping which was disappointing. It was our favorite day we spent in Ireland.

Nice full day tour in Northern Ireland. Not to early departure. Beautiful views, good tour guide/driver. Everything went smoothly.

We had a great experience. McComb’s went the extra mile to make our tour exceptional. We left earlier than most other tours so we arrived before the crowds! Our lunch stop was before Giant’s Causeway so we didn’t have to wait in long queues for lunch. The driver was amazing, very knowledgeable and funny! We had the best weather so the driver was able to show us all the wonderful things Northern Ireland has to offer. I would highly recommend this tour.

A brilliant trip with an excellent guide who kept us informed and amused. We never felt rushed and the pace of the day was excellent with regular comfort stops. The pub stop was just right and there was plenty of time at the Giants Causeway.

Driver chatted all day with interesting information. Only short stops but then we did a lot. I had previously driven this route and the tour was a great contrast as you got so much more information than if you are just travelling independently. Although some places such as the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge are not accessible to tour groups so decide what you really want to do first and travel accordingly. Bus fills up quickly so if you want to sit with friends etc. then be there about 30 minutes before bus due to go.

From start to finish it was outstanding, the driver Stuart made it witty , very knowledgeable and told some cracking tales along the way , we was lucky with the weather sunshine all day unlike Friday . Good tip for you sit on the right side of the coach and enjoy the beautiful coastline, lunch spot was great and reasonably priced,giants coarse way impressed be better place I wanted to be there with ten people and not a thousand, but hayho lovely pint of The black stuff in the bar never felt rushed .Highlight for me seeing the Mull of Kintrye in the background as a forest fan had my Reds shirt on too great photo opportunity . Can’t recommend this trip highly enough

My very comfortable trip to the Giant Causeway was amazing with many enjoyable stops! Throughout, Patrick the driver and guide gave us the historical contexts and a cornucopia of information in a clear and fun way. I would recommend Viator highly for the standard of service.
