Sorrento : Cesarine による地元の人とパスタとティラミスを作る

Best experience we had in Italy, having a genuine authentic experience cooking in a local signora’s kitchen. It was just the two of us, after Marilena kindly picked us up from Sorrento, we learnt how to make eggplant parmigiana, ravioli & tiramisu. So relaxed and friendly. We were in Mary’s home with her Mum and later, her father, son and husband joined us and we talked and ate what we cooked in their family home. What a privilege! More than a cooking class, an immersive experience in local Italian culture. We could not be more thankful to Mary and her whole family to welcoming us into their home like we were family. The class set up and view was very nice and well equipped. The family hosting the class were super nice and knowledgeable. The actual class was relaxing, and well taught. They took pictures 9f us through out the stages for our memories that they sent after class, as well as all the recipes of the 2 pastas and tiramisu that we made. Best tiramisu i ever had and the pastas we made was very flavorful. Sitting down with my family and enjoying our work 9ver wine was so memorable. This is a class I highly recommend for a special Italian memory with family or friends.

Laura and her family received in their home, where we learned to make two different kinds of pasta (in various shapes), and tiramisù. It was a incredible experience, 100% worth it, that absolutely made the trip. Everyone was very nice and made us feel very welcome, their home is lovely, and the food tasted delicious.

Marilena welcomed us into her home with large airy kitchen to prepare meal. It was a hands-on educational experience, making two different pastas plus her family tiramisu recipe. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

My sister and I had a truly wonderful and memorable experience in Sorrento. We made two types of pasta and a tiramisu in the class. Then enjoyed food with Christina's family. I can honestly say it was the best ravioli and tiramisu I have ever had in my life! I can see how hospitable and friendly the people of Sorrento are from this experience.

Cooking class in Sorrento with Laura of Cesarina at her beautiful home. What a truly unique and special experience to cook pasta and tiramisu with this exceptional woman and her assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) both were incredibly inviting, and warm. We felt as though we were visiting family. The class was educational and fun and the food was outstanding. If you're in Sorrento look her up! Thanks again Laura!

We had an amazing experience with Alessandra. From start to finish it was one of the best experiences we have done. She brought us to her home and we had an intimate cooking demonstration tailored to our preferences. She kept us entertained and with drinks topped up! I would come again and highly recommend! She was so pleasant and provided us with information for must see places around Sorrento and Naples. We were given great detail about making pasta and the importance of its preparation.

This was absolutely the most wonderful experience! Marilena is a wealth of information, has a beautiful kitchen/setting for the class, the food was delicious and by the end of the class we felt more like family than visitors! It was a great learning experience with step by step help, so very much laughter, many pictures and memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. This was truly an authentic Italian cooking experience!

On arrival greeted by Clara and taken to her beautiful home, was shown were everything was, We loved our day first making tiramisu was shown by clara, then we made ours then a rest in the lovely seating area with wine and nibbles. Then pasta ravioli and gnocchi Shown then our turn it was fun but it was all light hearted then Clara cooked it and we sat at table and tried both our pastas Clara made sauces to go with it it was lovely and then tiramisu which was brought through it wasu birthday the put a sign in and sang to me her niece came to help tidy between courses and wash up which was lovely we chatted about families and was given a limonchello to finish with we came away very full but loved every minute of it and such a lovely host and to be taken to a lovely place we would recommend to everyone Thank you to you both for a lovely birthday xx

The most authentic experience we had during our time on the Amalfi Coast. The Scenery, food, people, everything! Loved it!
