There was an long long long long long long long long queue and i feel so bad for the people that did not buy the fast track cause there were more than 750 + people waiting for the elevator like so many but with fast track it was pretty beautiful :)

Nothing to say except what a fantastic experience. If visitors to Dubai miss this opportunity then they are fools.

recommend going to the top. much less crowded and quieter. i was there a while though before i found out you could go outside on the observation deck-so don't miss that. allow plenty of time for lines , elevators , (even with 'skip the line') to get to/ from and up/ down.

This is a fantastic experience. To get a view from the highest building in the world across the Dubai landscape is purely stunning. The organisation and friendliness of the staff were brilliant. I would happily go back again

This is a must try for any first time visitors to Dubai. Arrive half an hour earlier and was quickly ushered through security and the elevators. I was dropped off at the 154th floor since I booked VIP ticket. It's a 3 storey lounge with lots of seating areas and staff were at hand to serve snacks and drinks. There's also an outdoor terrace for better picture taking. I waited until sunset for better photos and at 154th floor, this is probably the highest most people have been excluding mountain climbers. The views were panoramic and spectacular especially the sunset and evening shots ( see photos ). However, it's not 360 Deg View as some will expect. For example. the other landmark, the Palm at Jumeirah is not visible from this observatory. When it's time to leave, I am glad I have booked the VIP ticket otherwise I will have to follow the rest to queue for 30 mins to 1 hour and it's a very long queue to get out. During the night time lots and lots of visitors pour in as well so the elevators were very packed. The staff overall did a good job to manage the crowd although at times, they just "disappear" leaving us quite confused where to go. Overall it's a great experience. Whether to pay the extra for the VIP ticket is a matter of personal choice. The VIP ticket can cost 2X to 3X the price of a normal ticket. Also, the 125th floor and 148th floor have huge crowds, which means every one is jostling for a vantage point. No such problem at the VIP lounge. So it is a matter of convenience and time saving vs saving the money but tolerate the long waiting time and crowds.

Great views from the top we had a nice clear day. The skip the line helped on the first arrival but there were some ques we had to wait not very long though maybe 5-10mins max. Worth the wait though!

First of all i was pushed to get my photos done (7-8) and then they printed out the photos i did not pick and got charged for all of them (no refund) for 2,599 AED which is crazy money for 7-8 photos (which i did not pick). And I was practically showed souvenirs in my face and pressured to buy them. The staff is so rude and so pushy and so manipulative and SO ignorant it’s unbelievable! And the 148 view is the same as the 125, 124 view so DONT waste your money. It is so underwhelming. I was really excited to go but i will never recommend this to anyone EVER again.

The view is very beautiful and spectacular. But all the way up and down is big nightmare. You can spend a whole day standing in lines for elevators. We took the SKYLINE route which cost a lot of money and supposed to save time, but still took quite a bit. Not worth the money in my opinion.
