Beautiful view of Dubai; at night I was able to observe the fountain show, which is sublime.

The experience was dreadful- I would have liked to change my reservation but was on hold on the phone for over 45minutes. I am held captive because i booked directly, got through in January to book a stay but did not receive a confirmation # nor a confirming email. SO I cannot change nor cancel online and no one answers the phone!! Beware of direct reservations!

I've been here since 6.30pm, I had booked entry at 7.30pm and I'm still in the queue: it's 11pm. Whatever's on top I'll see at midnight. Poorly organized, they can't handle so many people and treat them like cattle. Do not believe those who tell you that in 2 hours you get by: certainly not in periods of winter holidays. It will take you at least 5 hours (if you are lucky and very patient). Oh, I forgot: don't book with Headout! To save 4 lire you will have to deal with an operator who does not reimburse and above all does not inform of these possible large delays and queues. If we were in Italy, I would have had him write to the lawyer by now.

A real scandal and tourist trap. We bought very expensive tickets to visit the tower, these tickets being valid for a specific time (7pm in this case). We had to wait in line for three hours. No information, no idea how much time was left before taking the elevators. Unsympathetic staff, and in the end, nothing special to see, 10 minutes on the floors 124 and 125 were enough to not see much. With 2 million visitors a year paying between 50 and 120€ per person to say a quick tour, and you will have understood how the construction of the tower is profitable in less than 10 years!

Punctual and perfectly organized. The view is breathtaking, seeing the fountains from above is amazing. They put on music and make the fountains go to the beat! At the same time they project images on the burj khalifa and everything is very suggestive

Amazing Really good afternoon out, kids enjoyed it too. Views are unbelievable, first went up and it was cloudy but when the clouds cleared it was the best view ever!

It's very long !!!! January 2024. We had booked several days before the 4:30 p.m. slot, to be able to watch the sunset. (It is best to book several days in advance) It is not easy to find the entrance to BK in the Mall. Allow time. We scanned our ticket at 4:05 p.m., and arrived at level 124 around 5 p.m. (We were able to leave our backpack at the locker for free) A long queue... very noisy and strangely, not very air-conditioned!!! We were hot and thirsty! Arriving at the top, you have a first passage outside at level 124, then ice cream/coffee/soda stand... There are souvenir shops in the middle. At level 125 it's similarly the same thing, but not from the outside. People line up along the windows to take photos and... Queue (again) to get back on the elevator and get out. There is no time limit at the top, you can stay as long as you want. Frankly, it's a huge budget for something very short and small. I thought maybe there will be a bar etc... and during the day it's not so beautiful... it's better to see at night. It's also cooler in the evening. At 6 p.m. you can see the fountain show (it lasts 2 minutes, and from above I think it is less spectacular than from below) During the day, I took advantage of the grandeur and beauty of Dubai's buildings more, with the bus tours.

A wonderful experience. The views are stunning. It is good to go at about 5.30pm or 6pm to see the sunset and lights coming on. Level 125 is quieter. You can easily stay for an hour or more.

Need I say more? Yes, I am one of those visitors whose heart got captured by the sheer and utter beauty, sophistication, elegance, modernity and technological prowess of Burj Khalifa or Khalifa Tower. Standing at a mighty height of almost 830 m. Since then, it has been the tallest structure in the world since 2009 even before its inauguration in 2010. With a cost of almost 1.5B USD construction startred in 2004 and in just 5 years it has taken over the skyline of not just Dubai but the world. Named after the former President of the UAE - Khalifa Al Nahyan, it was designed to be the centerpiece of Downtown Dubai, which includees hotels, residential complexes, skyscrapers and the other famous one which I reviewed already - Dubai Mall. It is a mixed-use tower designed by archiect Adrian Smith and owned by Emaar Properties, it is based from the shape of the Spider Lilies, a regional desert flower which symbolzes like the inverted letter Y and consists of different sections clubbed together. Made with concrete, steel and aluminum, it has a gross floor area of almost 310K m2. Consisting of 163 floors and as a mixed used tower only some floors are accessible to the public namely 148F which is the highest observatory, anoher one at 124F and 125F which is the main observation dekcs and the rest are corporate, residential and mechanical floors. The Armani hotels are located at the lower floors including access to Dubai Mall, Khalifa Lakes and the Dubai Founain. Since our hotel, Rove Downtown is just across Burj Khalifa we are almost here everyday during our 8 days stay and we can see it anytime of the day. We saw its glistening beauty during sunrise, its crystal clear brilliance during the day , its romantic elegance during sunset and its enduring allureness during the night. In fact, we could see it from the window of our hotel room, the moment we wake up and till walking towards Dubai Mall, take a dip in our hotel’s pool which has a direct view of it and finally before we sleep. Indeed, now thinking about it we have made the right decision of staying in Downtown Dubai area because everything is here especially if you’re a tourist and just want accessibility. We decided to save the best for last and book Burj Khalifa on the last day before we depart back to SG. My friends who have visited the place told us that it is pretty packed up there - no motter what time of the day, time of the year even during non-tourist season. Tip - book the ticket in advance because you could get a 20% discount if you hold Emirates tickets but until supplies last on that day and we missed it. We booked our tickets directly on site only for the 124/125 floors At the Tiop Observatory which cost 169 AED half the price of the highest one - 148F which costs 399 AED. With its ulta high speed double decker elevators cruising at 22 mph you will be in 124F in just 1 minute. First and foremost, we booked the 2:30 PM ticket because the other slots have been already booked. What I could say is that the entrance is unassuming and quite simple compared to Dubai Frame or the View at the Palm. Just present your ticket and there is a hallway with a gallery of the history of the tower development until you reach the lift where you would wait for your turn and the lift ride is also simple with just have a hologaphic Blue effect of the tower and some background music. After 1 minute you’re up there in the 125F on the enclosed Observatory with hundreds of people. We expected the crowd to be lesser given the fact that its not peak season in Dubai but its the opposite - its totally packed in the middle of pandemic. However, luckily trhe airconditioning is at par its still cool inside the enclosed space even though its fuming hot outside and there are tons of people. The first view that greeted us are the tall skyscrapers of Dubai surrounded by massive highways, traditional Old Dubai buildings and the Persian Gulf just on the horizon. It was a clear, sunny a bit tad hazy day so we could see clearly everything below us. I could remember the same view we saw at night in Sky Views Dubai just opposite Burj Khalifa near the entrance of Dubai Metro. Walking westwards we tried to find a space and slot in taking the most memorable shots without any photobombers. But given the crowd amongsts us it was a challenge but we managed it. Just need to find the right spot, timing and patience to have that shot or video without anyone intruding your space. As we walk counter clockwise, we saw the same scenes except some interruptions of the Dubai Creek and the massive lake below man-made Burj Lake where the Dubai fountain is held. Occassionally, you would see some Telescopes installed for fee just like any other observatories. We thought our visit is finished then we stumbled upon a stair that leads you to the 124th floor which is the open-air observatory and this seals the deal because all the visitors are here, packed like sardines. Since we paid a hefty price and were already here we decided to brave the crowds and the scorching heat outside. Surprisingly, because of the elevation it wasn’t that as hot as I expected and even the sunrays were not that intense. The only thing to hurdle around the open air observatory are the crowds of people. You literally need to wait for that perfect time where you could take you photos without any photo bombers. The view in the open air deck is the same as the indoor one except you get a brearthe of fresh air. The outdoor is also surrounded by thick glass panels and a metal railings on top high enough even for tall people. Despite the huge crowds we managed to take some nice and cherishing photos and videos here. I think we spent around half an hour here before going back up to 125F and again took some memorable shots which one of them is at the cornermost west side just across the souvenir shop where we could see a huge silhouette of Burj Khalifa against the sunlights. Tip: This corner has lesser people and has the view of both old and new Dubai up to the sea. Before calling it a day we found a lovely Black pouch bag on sale at the souvenir shop made of leather at a very affordable price of just less than 50 SGD (I could not remember the price but its very posh and elegant similar to a luxury brand). Going down is not as hectic and crowded as coming up and after more than an hour exploring, immersing and visiting the highest buiding in the world we felt a bit of relieved that we made it despite the crowd we managed to take some memorable and special photos and videos on both floors and still experienced what’s its like to see and feel Dubai at the top of Burj Khalifa, the world’s highest man-made building in the world!!!!

This is a must while visiting Dubai. We did not have to wait long to get through the lines to the elevators. Going up to the 125th floor took seconds. You don’t even feel it. The view is breathtaking.
