This needs to be on everyone’s list in Florence! The artwork was incredible and seeing the David statue up close was so impressive!

Company did not meet us at the designated meeting area to provide our entry tickets, despite repeatedly emailing us about being on time. We called with no answer. Another tour company contacted them and ended up giving us tickets from their own company so we could still get in.

Grabbed tickets ahead of reservation then had a window of 30 min to enter. Super easy. And the other tour operators helped us find the right guy to get our tickets.

Being in Florence I know I wanted to see David up close and seeing it in person is better than you could imagine. Not seeing it would have made my trip to Florence incomplete

We got stuck in traffic. I sent a message telling the tour operator that we would be a few minutes late. The tour operator was able to give us a slightly later entry time into Accademia to see David, which we were extremely thankful for. The tour operator was in the area where they said they would be. The tour operator exchanged the voucher for the tickets. We waited only a few minutes to enter the museum. It worked very well.

It was very good. Definitely do the skip the line anytime that it is available. Our tour guy did a great job. I enjoy the fact that we have plenty of time to walk around to look at things ourselves as well.

The tour operator cancelled. Simply did not show. Our ticket just changed to cancelled in TripAdvisor. Operator would not respond to calls or text. Do not book!

Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy this museum because the ticket broker did not show up. Other groups with the same voucher received texts that their reservation was delayed. We did.not. We called the number provided by Viator and after multiple attempts they said the museum cancelled our reservation. However, the brokers with other agencies were having no issues honoring their reservations. This company just didn’t show up. We were then told that we could get tickets at 3 or 5, but our cruise ship shuttle departed at 3:15. Which was why we reserved tickets for 12:00 noon. We had to change our plans, which led to us also missing Ufizzi. We thought we were being smart making arrangements through Viator, but the Viator commitment is only as good as the brokers they use..

I arrived 15 minutes early. I paid for skip the line at 11:00am. The tour guide was running behind and put us on the regular line at 11:15am. Not worth the money spent.

This is a good option if you want to just skip the line and explore the museum on your own. The host was easy to find but I wouldn’t say we were escorted in. After we received our tickets we had to figure out on our own what line to stand in and wasted some time asking around (it was a very hot day). Overall it was a good purchase. We just could have used a bit better communication.
