Wonderful experience. Our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. The meeting location was simple to find.
We appreciate the tour’s communication availability with us and attempts to get us in with our scheduled tour group. Cruise line tour parking outside of city limits completely changed time tables and made it virtually impossible to make our timed entrance. Please directly communicate with cruises and agents About your bus parking/drop offs. Inordinate walking times will preclude your partipation.
This was amazing and if you ever studied renaissance art be prepared to be overwhelmed with the beauty in person.
Our guide spoke great English and gave us fabulous information without going on and on. Enjoyed every minute of this tour. I learned so much!!
Claudio was a good guide, I enjoyed his presentation of David, the Prisoners and Michaelangelo's life. I think it's well worth the price to avoid the queuing and to get a more detail on the background to the famous statues.
Easy to find meet up location, skipping the line was great in the summer heat. I felt a guide was necessary to get the full experience and would do it again!
this is just to pay to skip the line.. you have to pay an additional 25euro for admission… the guided tour was interesting though and it was nice not to have to wait in the lines to get in…
Horrible experience and shocked this tour was highly recommended through the Viator app since it is 100% a scam. First off, the ticket is not included which is NOT clear when purchasing and only mentions it on the bottom of the description, listed NO WHERE on the ticket itself or emails received which is clearly meant to make you think you are getting the best deal to see David… secondly, the staff was incredibly rude. Not only were we the only ones duped on having to pay for the David ticket separately but the check in team was borderline mean if you questioned about the ticket scam. They literally taunted a family of 5 about missing out on the experience if they didn’t fork out the cash immediately…. And finally after paying more for the guide vs the ticket itself….. the tour was only 45 min, not even the full hour AND the damn headsets didn’t even work. Save your money or go on a tour with a more respectable company like ‘Tours of Italy’ who did a skip the line tour with full transparency and kindness you expect when exploring Florence.
Seeing David was impressive. Wonderful artwork throughout the tour. A lot to see in a tour - glad we stayed after the tour to see more art.
This tour was very informative and provided the history and perspective of Michelangelo’s masterpiece. Definitely worth getting a guide through Elvis! (And the extra fee for the museum was clearly later out in multiple communications)
