Had a hotel transfer to airport and needed to change the time for an earlier pick up after initial booking. Had trouble finding out how on the app. Used chat feature on app and also called customer service to get time changed perfectly.
We enjoyed our tour in the Manuel Antonio National Park. Thanks to our guide Kevin, we saw a lot of animals. He took our 7y old twins into account a lot. We highly recommend the tour and the guide.
