The driver was pleasant, however, the van did not have air conditioning on ohr 3 hour drive and broke down on the way. My husband helped push the van to get it going. Owner had been notified by the driver yet no contact to us. Disappointing. Would not recommend this company.

We understand how frustrating unexpected delays can be, especially when traveling. Unfortunately, a mechanical issue occurred just moments after your pickup when the alternator belt on our 2023 Toyota van unexpectedly failed. While our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest standards, mechanical problems can happen at any time, anywhere, and to any vehicle, regardless of its age or maintenance history. What made this situation particularly unfortunate is that it happened immediately after your journey began. As soon as the issue was identified, our team worked as quickly as possible to implement a solution and minimize the impact on your travel plans. We deeply regret the disruption this caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Incidents like this are extremely rare, but they remind us that even with preventive maintenance and newer vehicles, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. I can’t say enough good things about this company’s shuttle service. First of all it was my first time visiting Costa Rica, and I needed help with allot of different moving parts (family and friends picked up and dropped off on different times/ days ect). Erick was quick to respond and booking, payment was simple and professional. Over the course of two weeks i had the good fortune to be transported by drivers Miguel, Edgar, Wilson and Erick himself. Each driver was so kind and knew all kinds of nice restaurants and rest stops we could use on the way. It really felt like being driven by an old friend or family member. The driver was very good. He stopped for a bio break. There was no traffic so we made our flight on time. Very happy with this service.
First time to CR with my mom, I wanted her to have an easy time and not worry about transportation. Booking was very easy, very reasonable prices and Erick is very responsive to any questions. Gerardo was our driver for 3 very long trips, he was always kind, professional and made us feel safe. On our first day, many roads were closed due to the weather which turned our 4 hour trip into 8 hours.Gerardo handled it great, he was patient and made sure we had what we needed. He was so kind and answered our million questions about CR. He also made stops along the way so we could get what we needed, eat great food, etc. and made great recommendations for tours and helped us figure out which prices were fair and worth it. The vans are clean and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this company and will use it again when I am back in CR.
We used this company for three private transfers. The website was so easy to use, confirmation and arrangements were easily confirmed and updated. We had a few unanticipated things happen, like changing hotels and early airport arrivals. Transportation in Costa Rica made it easy for us to make updates to our transports. Everyone we spoke with via phone, email and WhatsApp were quick and friendly with responses. We had this company take us from Liberia airport to Hacienda Pinilla (1.5 hours), from Fortuna to Manuel Antonio (almost 5 hours) and Manuel Anotion to SJO airport (2 hours). The middle drive was a long and difficult drive for the driver (we enjoyed the views and took a nap). He handled it with care, offering stops, and pointing out great sites. All of our vans were nice, well air-conditioned and a very smooth ride, thanks to each of the drivers. Each transport was exactly on time, I didn’t have to worry if they would be there, or run behind. Already recommended this company to others that I know visiting in a few months. We are also thinking about a return trip and will for sure use this company for all transport. We worked with two other transport companies while in-country and we will only use this one going forward. Loved all the staff and drivers. Thank you so much!
On time, and we got there in one piece. What more could I ask for from a shuttle than that? Will keep their contact info for another trip.
It was great. After our trip with a shared shuttle (another Enterprise) was the purest disaster before, we decided on a private shuttle. The driver (Eric), was more than punctual at the hotel. He was friendly and accommodating and a very good and careful(!) Driver. Communication in English was no problem at all. We would definitely book it again.
The drivers were professional and courteous, and skilled. Erick was fantastic and helped us tremendously. We took several trips with this company so far, and I will hire them again next time. Pura Vida!
