ご到着のお迎え：ご搭乗便の指定荷物ベルトに最も近い「ご到着ホール出口ベルト 」 （ ガラス戸出口ベルト）にて、お客様のお名前が書かれた看板をドライバーがかざします。 お客様のフライトの実際の着陸時刻をフォローし、着陸時刻から最大75分待ちます。 但し、特別なお迎え時間をご希望の場合や、空港内を探索される場合は、ご到着日前に事前にお知らせください。 出発 : フライト到着時間前、または出発時間の4時間前に空港まですべてのお客様をお迎えください。

- シンガポールに入国するすべての乗客は、オンラインで SG Arrival Card e-Service に記入する必要があります。フォームはシンガポール到着の 3 日前から記入できます。
- SG Arrival Card e-Service オンライン - Whatsapp からお問い合わせいただくと、フォームに記入するためのリンクを取得して、入国審査での待ち時間を避けることができます。
- 重要：幼児と子供は乗客の人数に含まれなければなりません
- 追加ドロップオフまたはピックアップストップごとにSGD10の追加料金がかかります。ドライバーに直接現金でお支払いください。
- 待ち時間を過ぎても連絡が取れない場合は「ノーショー」となります。 ドライバーは退出となります。返金はいたしません。
- 到着トランスファーは、フライトの実際の着陸時間に従い、着陸時間から最大75分間待機します。 但し、特別なお迎え時間をご希望の場合や、空港内を探索される場合は、ご到着日前に事前にお知らせください。
- 乗客1人につき、大荷物1個と小荷物1個が許可される。 標準許容量を超える手荷物1個につき、1個につきSGd15の手数料がかかります。

Great communication. Arrived at airport after Midnight and gentleman met us with a sign with our name. Nice vehicle with good AC. Pleasant ride to hotel.

Excellent service! It was easy to meet our driver and he loaded our luggage onto the van. It was nice to have a van where we could fit a family of 7 plus all our luggage.

My daughter and I were travelling to Singapore. Our driver was waiting for us in the arrivals area after we collected our luggage with a clearly marked sign with my name. A lovely man who showed us to his vehicle which was similar to a passenger transit van which had so much room for our luggage and air conditioning. He drove us to the lobby of our hotel. So effortless !!!!
