チャンギ空港（SIN）集合場所ガイド ターミナル1 集合場所：到着ホール、レベル1－ドア1またはドア2 、 「 到着・車受取エリア 」 。 ランドマーク ― 通関後、標識に従って「到着ピックアップ」へ。 ターミナルの外を進み、車とプライベートトランスファーが停車するレベル1へ。 ターミナル2 集合場所 : 到着ホール、レベル1 – 到着ピックアップエリア（ドア1–3 ） 。 ランドマーク ― 税関終了後、レベル1まで出ます。 Arrival Pick-Upの標識を探し、運転手の指示に応じてドア1–3で待ちます。 注：第2ターミナルは新しく改装されました。乗客が標識をよく確認してください。 ターミナル3 集合場所：到着ホール、レベル1－ドア1またはドア2 、 「 車送迎・到着送迎エリア 」 。 ランドマーク ― 税関の後、レベル1の到着ホールに進みます。 自家用車が待つドア1または2から出ます。 ターミナル4 集合場所：到着ホール、レベル1～ドア2 、 「 到着ピックアップエリア 」 。 ランドマーク ― 通関後、レベル1の到着ホールまで歩きます。 ドア2から出ると、指定された車受け取りレーンがあります。

Booked a car from Singapore airport at 17:00 for 2 on 22/12/2025. Got to the pickup location at 1 4:30. Car didn't come by 17:15 so I called the service. They said the driver was past the wait time at 14:20 so he left. HELLO that's 40 minutes before theybwere supposed to be there. Refund please!

Although our dispatch team made several attempts to reach you via your provided contact details to rectify the situation or arrange an immediate alternative, we were unable to establish contact. We recognize the challenges of communicating while traveling; however, the driver’s departure prior to your 17:00 scheduled pickup was a clear breach of our service commitment.
