This is the second time in two weeks my wife & I used H Black Limo Service. Appointments were easy via Viator app or via chat. Both times the drivers were polite & profession in every way. Also easy communication via text message or phone call with immediate response any time prior and/or on appointment day. Our driver, Hector, for our most recent appointment provided location status when traffic conditions were beyond his control. We felt confident with the driver’s experience & knowledge of the areas/streets to our destination, which offered a relief of being safe & secure during the ride.

The driver was waiting near the airport and kept in contact through text messages. Once we gathered our luggage we simply texted him which door we were waiting at and he arrived promptly.
