Pick up it’s great but picking up not satisfied the service booked for round trip from airport to pier 19 for cruise car not available on time and worse service booked for private car service in up a van for 8 passengers. What disappointing service.

Driver was early, which we loved since we were ready to go. Vehicle was clean and had a pleasant scent.

Pick-up at our hotel was easy and hassle-free. Driver was courteous and knew his way around road closures and congestion T the airport. We would use this service again.

The driver was there early. He handled all of the luggage. It was a quick and easy pickup and drive to the airport.

I booked this transfer approx 2 months prior to needing it. I received confirmation from the local vendor who would be providing the service as well. The confirmation was correct with the date and time of service and stated the driver would be there 15minutes before the pickup time. I was out waiting for the driver at the 15 min prior time and once it was 10minutes after the scheduled pickup I called them. The dispatcher sounded confused, put me on hold multiple times and asked me where I was. I provided the information to her and said the driver was 10 min late. She was typing away on her computer and put me on hold again only to come back and say he would be there in 10 min. I received a call from the driver who said he was 20-30 out from picking me up. When he did arrive he had a full car of people who were getting out. I explained to him he was 45 min late at this point and he mumbled something about traffic and as we were leaving the pier he said there was only one person checking ID's so that held him up. I did text Viator through What's App and received an immediate response but the only thing the agent could say is that since I was in contact with the carrier directly there was not much they could do. There was traffic but a phone call telling me that they were going to delayed only takes 10 seconds. I have used transfers in the past and they have all gone well. Chatting through What's app is also very convenient with the agents being plesant and quick to respond.

Our driver arrived early to pick us up at our Seattle hotel, drove carefully, and was very congenial and polite. We would use this service again.

They were able to provide limo service from downtown Seattle to the airport for 7 people on a Saturday evening. There was a big country western concert going during that time and there were no other limos or Ubers to be found. MJ was an excellent driver.

The driver never showed up forcing me to scramble to look for alternate transportation and nearly missed my flight.

Communication could've been better but, aside from that, they arrived on time and got the job done .

It’s the best way to make sure of getting to my destination! Driver was on time, pleasant, and very professional. Can’t recommend it enough!
