Had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the drive to come. The crew at the station were NOT helpful. Waiting for nearly 2 hours without the company telling you is NOT okay. People who are going to have cosmetic surgery are a priority not normal family.
We wanted to change the pickup time at the hotel. I called many times, but no response. Message through TripAdvisor, no response, whatsapp, no response. I had to call Tripadvisor to escalate, only then I received a reply. The shuttle to the hotel was OK, but back to the airport was terrible; a very noisy old minibus, seatbelts not working and the interior nowhere close to the pictures they advertise with. Would not recommend this company.
