Ultramodern airport, we checked in in just a few seconds using kiosks equipped with scanners.
Hello, first of all, thank you for choosing us and for taking the time to write to us. We hope to see you again.
Very unprofessional behavior from the driver. Who picked us up from the airport over an hour late. Who had his girlfriend with him and focused entirely on her instead of the road. Without asking us for permission or orienting us, he drove to a rest area to buy snacks (because his girlfriend was hungry). After that, we finally continued to the hotel at our suggestion. He neither introduced himself nor talked to us nor said goodbye. It's a shame, due to his unprofessional behavior, Viator is no longer an option for 7 people and all friends.
Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to heavy traffic in Türkiye during the holiday season, guests were transported to their vehicles within 20 minutes of arriving at the pick-up point. Furthermore, guests were safely dropped off at their hotel within an hour. Looking forward to seeing you again.
Top service, punctuality and professionalism. Perfect value for money
