Ultimate Experience.... Great Very Friendly, on time service, 24hrs Help, Lowest price and On time service. Definitely recommend for all tourists, specially who visits first time. Thanks a lot once again.

We had formally booked the transfer on the operator's website and even reconfirmed the booking via Whatsapp a few days before arrival. Outbound: 48 EUR. Return: 42 EUR The office and the desk they ask you to check in at upon arrival is not theirs, it's TURSAB's (Association of Turkish travel agencies) overcrowded meeting point, an unfurnished airport-adjacent suite shared with many other transfer operators. A girl at the front desk readdressed us to a guy with no visible identification (no badge). He did find us on his mobile's application, asked us to wait for 15 min. for the driver to arrive and walked away. He showed up again after 30' only to make eye contact with us from a distance and sent us another guy (no ID/badge)... Who claimed our driver had had an accident so our transfer got cancelled... the good news was that he would offer us a transfer to the airport for 75 EUR, return trip excluded. We tried to find the guy who had contacted us in the first place but he had disappeared. We got so suspicious about the situation that we walked away from that place and we took a standard taxi to our hotel, fixed 60 EUR. Next day, via WhatsApp, Rento claimed that the driver accident really happened (?) and that they were no responsible for what the mysterious third guy offered us (?). We replied that we would have expected Rento/Taila Travel to provide us with a solution in real time instead of readdressing us to a random guy who wanted to overcharge us and who knows what else... We got no further replies. Terrible experience. Luckily the rest of our stay in Istanbul was just wonderful.

We used the airport transfers 4 times and all were really comfortable vehicles with punctual, friendly and professional drivers The only negative thing was the pick up when we arrived at SAW airport as we were told our driver had had an accident so we had to wait quite some time for someone else to pick us up and we felt we weren’t kept up to date with what was going on. However, this did not affect our overall experience and I would highly recommend this company for value for money and professional service. Thank you 😊

Had to wait about half an hour for our ride, the greeter was not welcoming or helpful, barely said a word. Driver kept wanting to close the communicating window which I wanted open so as not to get car sick. Then at the end the driver didn't know I had already paid online and wanted to take me to an ATM to get cash until the hotel personnel helped sort it out (since the driver didn't speak English).
