When our guide was injured earlier that day, we made the difficult but responsible decision to cancel the remaining tours rather than rush in someone unfamiliar with that specific route or compromise the experience in any way. We completely understand the disappointment of a canceled adventure. That’s why we reached out immediately and offered you the opportunity to rebook for the very next day — the soonest we had another certified guide available — or to receive a full refund, which you accepted. While larger companies may have more staff on standby, what we offer as a small local business is personalized service, passionate guides, and a true love for sharing Sarasota’s waterways with our guests.
