We rent a pontoon every visit to PCB but this yr drive to Destin to do crab island. We still wanted to get out in the ocean here and not spend a lot and this was the perfect way. The landing is all new and improved, the loading was easy and the crew was super friendly. Saw some dolphins on the way out ( 50 min ). Anchored at shell island and had 1.25 to snorkel and explore the other side. Drinks and snacks available on boat for a reasonable price, kids had fun with limbo and tattoos. We caught a lot of sea life and put it back on our way in. Ride in about and hour and was a beautiful, peaceful ride. Would recommend for every age.

This was the highlight of our whole vacation! We had a group of 6, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! The boat was full service with a bar which was a nice added little unexpected bonus. Snorkeling was a blast! We took a bucket to hold our seashells. Definitely recommend doing this. Great experience It will not disappoint!

Clay, Makenzie and Emma made the trip fun and enjoyable. We enjoyed the time on Shell Island to explore. This was our second time booking a trip and we will book again next trip to PCB.

It was the best experience. The kids had a blast snorkeling and they even caught a few crabs. We had a great time.

Captain Heath and crew on the Island time catamaran are nothing short of a pleasure. They make sure every person on every trip has a blast. They make sure to put you in the best spots to snorkel and find plenty of marine life. The put extra effort into making sure the kids have a blast with games on deck, dolphin spotting, hoolahoops and more. Please make sure you give them heavy consideration when you are looking for Shell Island tours. We are 2 time customers and we will book again without hesitation.

I liked the fact that they clarified that she’ll island was not as depicted in the media, but there was still plenty shells and things to find. I also thought that it was strange that they placed the boat on the other part of the island, we had to walk all the way to the beach to find anything. At least the water was clear and the sand was pristine on the other side!

Great experience for families! We took our 6 and 8 year old daughters. The crew was fantastic with children. Captain Hunter allowed the girls to take turns being captain and drive the boat. Sarah and Carter were attentive throughout the entire trip. The paddle boards and slide off the back of the boat were a nice surprise and the hula hoops and tattoos were icing on the cake. Highly recommend

I took 4 kids ages 19-4. The crew was so awesome and welcoming. My kids paddle boarded. We walked shell island and took shells home. Remember to get a phone case that’s waterproof. I’d recommend swim shoes too. I brought my 4 year olds life vest. They all got to snorkel. Hands down one of the best boat trips for a family. We will be back.
