- 海の塩水状況と、海水が目に触れる可能性があるため、車両を運転している間、すべてのドライバーが視界を確保し、障害物を防ぐためにゴーグルが必要です。

They were very rude while me and my friends were waiting for them to get everything together. They did not run on time. We arrived before our scheduled timing and we still waited an hour and a half. Once we got on the car my car wouldn’t go over 6mphs.it took almost 30 mins to fix it once they did and we got to the middle of the ocean the car started running hot because it was so much seaweed stuck underneath it, and the engine light came on. We were stuck in the middle of the water for about 20mins. So we only had a good 10mins of riding. We didn’t get any extra time,money back or simply an apology all we got was attitude! I would not recommend anyone to this experience even if it was free!!! DO NOT BOOK!

Regarding the seaweed, this is a naturally occurring condition that can sometimes affect water activities. When seaweed becomes caught underneath a vessel, our team must stop and safely remove it before continuing. This is done for the safety of our guests and to prevent damage to the equipment. We understand that delays can be frustrating, but our staff’s priority is always the **safety of our guests and the proper operation of our equipment**. When an unexpected mechanical or environmental issue occurs, our team works to resolve it as quickly and safely as possible. We also take concerns regarding staff conduct seriously. Our goal is always to communicate professionally and respectfully, even when we are unable to reach a resolution that satisfies everyone. Wonderful experience with driving and good guidance was provided. It was similar to driving a video game car simulator, in which, you have to utilize both feet to drive. The Bluetooth radio didn’t work but it didn’t matter to us. Don’t use Ray Ban Metas to record as the water can damage them. I would advise using a waterproof camera like the DJ Osmo 5 to get angles and protect your device. Speed was steady with some sporadic adjustments due to water waves. Overall, I would definitely recommend this experience. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall , the experience with Ocean Sports Car Jet Ski was fun and exciting, especially if you’re just looking to enjoy the ride and the experience itself. The staff was friendly and we still had a good time out on the water. However, I was a little disappointed because there was no Bluetooth available for music, and no pictures or drone footage included like I expected. I also wish the ride lasted a full hour because it felt a little short.

Arrived around 2:07PM for our reservation. Was told that they didn’t have enough cars, and then he switched it to due to the weather we were unable to go out. Rescheduled us for the next day at 11:30 but at that point I was over it. To make matters worse, it was my birthday! The staff was dismissive would not recommend. They also wouldn’t refund me even though they rescheduled US!

On the day of your reservation, the water conditions became unsafe for operation during the afternoon, and we were advised by the Coast Guard to stop tours for safety reasons. Because safety is our top priority for all guests and staff, we had to cancel the remaining afternoon tours and offer rescheduling for the following day. We understand this was frustrating, particularly after arriving for your scheduled time. The reschedule offered was intended to ensure you could still enjoy the experience under safe conditions. Our team never cancels lightly, and weather or marine safety restrictions are outside of our control. We truly appreciate your feedback, as safety decisions are always made to protect our guests first.
