- スムーズにご利用いただくために、チェックインの予定時刻の30分前までにお客様に到着し、安全プロトコルの確認を義務付けています。 遅刻ポリシー: 安全とスケジュールの都合上、タイムリーなチェックインが不可欠であるため、予約および出発予定時刻より遅れて到着したお客様は、残念ながら返金なしでの参加を没収されます。
- 薬物やアルコールの影響下にあるお客様は、ジェットカーの運行を許可されません。 そのような状態の個人は払い戻しの資格なしに乗車権を喪失します。
- 参加者全員の健康のため、妊娠中の方の参加はお断りします。 妊娠中に故意に予約されたお客様は参加をお断りし、返金の対象となりません。
- お客様はオーシャンモーションオフィスでチェックインする必要があります。 オフィスはシズラーレストラン下のサンファンベイマリーナ下層にあります。
- 予約を続行することにより、お客様は、予約のクレジットカード取引を喜んで許可したことを確認し、同意するものとします。
- 予約を続行することにより、ツアーが完了した時点で返金は行われないことを理解および承諾したものとします。
- 予約を続行することにより、予約されたツアーへの参加を含め、すでにレンダリングされたサービスに対する返金およびチャージバック要求は許可されないことを了承し、同意するものとします。
- Tモバイルセンターから車でわずか3分のサンファンベイマリーナにあります。 オフィスはシズラーズレストランの下の階にあります。 混乱や遅延を避けるため、GPSには物理的な住所ではなく「サンファンベイマリーナ」を使用してください。
- 円滑な運営のため、ご予約から24時間未満の予約変更は承っておりません。 例外として、オペレータによる変更や天候関連のスケジュール変更があります。 ご予約にご参加いただけなかった場合、返金はいたしません。

- 海の塩水状況と、海水が目に触れる可能性があるため、車両を運転している間、すべてのドライバーが視界を確保し、障害物を防ぐためにゴーグルが必要です。

Overall horrible experience from the car to the customer service from the manager. When we first got in the car the speakers for the McLaren jet car didn’t work at all. Then when we went out on the water with the guide. We were in the first car behind the guide. Our car could barely keep up with the guide on the jetski. 10 minutes into the experience the guide stopped us and had the car behind us pass us because we couldn’t keep up with the guide. So then the guide and the Bugatti Jet Car took off to the point to where we couldn’t even see them anymore. And mind you this is a GUIDED tour so we were left alone in the middle of the bay with no guide to lead us to where we needed to go. And mind you, they tell you to stay within 30 yards of each car. We complained to the manager to see if he could do anything to accommodate us and he proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything unless another person complained. He kept talking in circles and saying someone must of unlocked one of the cars to make it go faster. Then even after showing him these videos, he still said there’s nothing he can do unless someone cancels then we could maybe get another spot. But we would have to put down another $150 deposit if we wanted to go that route. I asked if he could refund us half of the money we spent and he said he couldn’t do that. I would be a happy customer if he was more genuine but he wasn’t interested in doing anything to accommodate us without interrupting plans that we already have paid for. Overall I wanted to have a good experience but that was not the case, I would avoid doing business with this business because if anything goes wrong, they won’t do much to make up for it.

During your tour, our guide made operational decisions based on the performance and positioning of the vessels to ensure the safety of all participants on the water. While we understand that you were disappointed with the pace of your jet car and the overall experience, at no time were you abandoned or placed in an unsafe situation. Our guides continuously monitor all participants throughout the tour and are trained to adjust operations as necessary to maintain safe navigation within San Juan Bay. Regarding the speaker concern, we acknowledge that the audio system was not functioning as expected and apologize for that inconvenience. However, the audio system is not a component that affects the safe operation of the vessel or the tour itself. Following your concerns, our management team spent considerable time discussing the matter with you and exploring available options. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered alternatives within the limits of our operational schedule and availability. Unfortunately, none of the available solutions were acceptable to you. While we always strive to accommodate our guests whenever possible, we must also balance those requests with prior reservations and commitments made to other customers. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that we were unwilling to assist. Our team remained engaged, listened to your concerns, reviewed the information presented, and attempted to find a reasonable resolution. Although we were unable to reach an outcome that satisfied you, that should not be interpreted as a lack of concern or effort on our part. We value all customer feedback and continuously work to improve our services. We wish you the very best and appreciate the opportunity to have served you. This experience was amazingggggggg! From start to finish we were given clear and precise instructions from JR on how to operate the car and have a safe/ fun ride. Hector was our tour guide and once again did an amazing job with instructions and also did cool tricks. My favorite part was the donuts. The rev of the car plus the water splashing, I would highly recommend this 10/10!

It was SO FUN, but expect to get wet. If you are female concerned about hair, take a scarf to cover it because it will get wet. Also, take eye protection because water will get into your eyes. Overall, it will be FUN!

this was my first time on jet ski and it wasn’t what i expected. the tour guide did not offer me and my husband goggles so the saltwater tore my eyes up . wasn’t really able to see . glad i wasn’t driving my husband was driving and he said it the jet car need maintenance . cause the trimmer and the steering was off . i would have to do this again with a different company to see if this was just the car but i dont recommend
