- 薬物やアルコールの影響下にあるお客様は、ジェットカーの運行を許可されません。 そのような状態の個人は払い戻しの資格なしに乗車権を喪失します。
- 参加者全員の健康のため、妊娠中の方の参加はお断りします。 妊娠中に故意に予約されたお客様は参加をお断りし、返金の対象となりません。
- お客様はオーシャンモーションオフィスでチェックインする必要があります。 オフィスはシズラーレストラン下のサンファンベイマリーナ下層にあります。
- 予約を続行することにより、お客様は、予約に関連するクレジットカード取引を自発的に許可したことを確認し、同意するものとします。
- 予約を進めることにより、ツアー完了後の返金は行われないことをご理解いただき、承諾されたものとします。
- 予約を進めることにより、お客様は、予約したツアーへの参加を含む、お客様が受けたサービスの払い戻しおよびチャージバックが拒否されることを理解したものとします。 予約を完了し、ツアーに参加することで、ツアーオペレーターが提供する利用規約を承認し、承諾したことになります。
- Tモバイルセンターから車でわずか3分のサンファンベイマリーナにあります。 オフィスはシズラーズレストランの下の階にあります。 混乱や遅延を避けるため、GPSには物理的な住所ではなく「サンファンベイマリーナ」を使用してください。
- 円滑な運営のため、ご予約から24時間未満の予約変更は承っておりません。 例外として、オペレータによる変更や天候関連のスケジュール変更があります。 ご予約にご参加いただけなかった場合、返金はいたしません。
- 不在または不在の予約については返金いたしません。
- 予約を続行することにより、予約されたツアーへの参加を含め、すでにレンダリングされたサービスに対する返金およびチャージバック要求は許可されないことを了承し、同意するものとします。
- 予約を確定する前に、必ず利用規約を完全に読み、理解してください。
- 予約完了およびツアー参加は、ツアーオペレーターの利用規約を確認、理解し、承諾したことを示すものとなります。
- 海の塩水状況と、海水が目に触れる可能性があるため、車両を運転している間、すべてのドライバーが視界を確保し、障害物を防ぐためにゴーグルが必要です。
- 予約完了およびツアー参加は、ツアーオペレーターの利用規約を確認、理解し、承諾したことを示すものとなります。
- 乗り物酔いしやすい参加者にはお勧めできません。

Make sure you do your waivers and bring id to make the process smoother, the experience was great and everybody was really nice
had to rush to get there since it says arrive 30 mins early or you will be left so we did just to have to wait for a couple that was 37 mins late. we were supposed to start at 2:30 & didn’t start until 3:10. then the blue car that we booked was given to the couple that was 37 mins late!!! we were beyond upset about this. the cars are hard to drive too and it felt like you were out there for 10 mins. it completely slowed up our day because we had another excursion to get too at 5pm. It was cool for the one time experience but i wouldn’t do it again for $220. very disappointed about waiting and then not even getting the car that we booked. do better. at least the tour guide did take a picture for us but only because we asked

Regarding the JetCar selection, while guests may select a preferred vehicle, operational and safety considerations can occasionally require us to make a vehicle change. I just didnt care for the following the tour guide path. It's harder to control the jet car than it is a jet ski. We would hit his waves a get soaked lol. It was overall fun. I recommend some ski glasses. I had a great time. You wont be disappointed.

It is mandatory that all drivers be **21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license** to operate our vehicles. If there was any uncertainty regarding the requirements before booking, we encourage guests to contact our office directly so we can clarify the policy before a reservation is made. Unfortunately, you did not participate in the tour or experience our service, as the issue occurred during the booking process through Viator. For that reason, we feel a 1-star review of our company does not accurately reflect the experience we provide. Any concerns regarding how the requirements were communicated during the Viator booking process should be directed to Viator. We are always happy to answer questions before booking and encourage guests to verify all participation requirements in advance.
Had a great experience, the jet ski tour guys were very friendly & helpful. The woman doing the check ins was nice , respectful and accommodating. I will definitely book with them when I return to Puerto Rico for Mother’s Day 2027.

I had an amazing time on the water jet car experience! From the moment we started, it was pure excitement. The ride was smooth, thrilling, and so much fun. Being able to speed across the water while enjoying the beautiful views made it an unforgettable adventure. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the experience. Whether you’re looking for an adrenaline rush or just a unique way to enjoy the water, I highly recommend giving it a try. I would definitely do it again!

I want to give 5 stars for the customer service. It was A1. I booked the excursion without payment then when days got closer for me to pay it was giving problems so I booked another one with payment but date wasn’t the same. I panicked and asked for the correct date and it was fixed immediately. I appreciated the urgency. The excursion itself was great as well. Ladies please don’t do like me and have on a lace thinking it won’t be hella wet like I put your face all in the water cuz it does. Also have the water proof phone case. Fair warning!!! Overall great experience

Very exciting and exhilarating. It does take a bit to get use to the steering of the vessel due to the keel. The guides were great and once exiting the 5 mph no wake zone, allowed to open it up and go as fast as we wanted. If you have the opportunity to experience this event do so you won’t regret it
