SALT MINE ヴィエリチカ ガイド付きツアー (ホテルへのお迎え付き)

Great service out to the Salt Mine. Tickets provided and we entered pretty well on our booked slot. Our driver was friendly and efficient and was able to give us good advice about taking one our group to hospital as she’d fallen on stairs towards the end of the tour and badly hurt her shoulder/arm. The Salt mine staff started off helpful but backed off being helpful and blamed our friend - even suggesting she’d had a sore shoulder before the tour started. Our driver Cornel advised us well so we went to hospital with the correct paperwork etc. Our friend had broken her upper arm in the fall so take care on the stairs in the mine.

Fascinating place. Tour was well organised & the guide excellent. Beautiful chapels & church in chambers in the mine. Interesting history.

An enjoyable experience. We were picked up at our hotel by Peter who was a very friendly person, very knowledgeable. Safely drove us to the mines and back. So helpful in every way. Thank you.

Great experience and an excellent place to visit. Pick up by our driver Bart was easy and he was entertaining and informative there and back. The Salt Mine tours are well managed through amazing tunnels and open spaces. Recommend tour!!

Bart was our tour guide he was excellent- fun and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the salt mine tour. It is amazing! You definitely need to be quite fit. The only comment I would make is there should be something on the ticket when you book to advise the tour guide will provide your actual ticket on the day. This would avoid confusion.

Great trip, well worth the money.

Well organized. Picked up at the hotel at the agreed time by a nice driver. Good orientation before entering the mines with good guidance there. Nice return transport. All in all very pleased.

What an experience. Do not miss the opportunity to visit. Problem free, from communication, pickup, journey and drop off. Excellent driver and very helpful and friendly. Be prepared for a lot of walking and a large amount of steps/stairs, but the end result is spectacular.

This was an excellent tour that all ran very smoothly. Our driver was on time and very polite and helpful. Our tour guide was very good also and explained everything really well. We highly recommend this tour.

Very well managed with pick up and drop off. The guide on site was very good but some hassle with the technology so all the information was not heard all the time.
