Well! We were in Lisbon for 5 nights and booked 3 tours through TripAdvisor. The first 2 were spectacular, as has been my experience with TA and Viator in the past! Unfortunately, this time it was a total disaster! As usual, I received my confirmation after booking and 48 hours before my activity my account was charged the $175. I then received my tickets and a pickup time at my hotel. I found it strange though that I did not receive anything regarding the vehicle and my driver, so late on the night before I sent a message. On the day of the trip we were never picked up in the morning!!! I called the tour operator after waiting 30 minutes but got a voicemail and left a detailed message. I then called TA/Viator. About an hour later I received a message stating my $175 was being refunded. I then received a message from the operator telling me he never received this booking request. I told him I find that response unacceptable since my account was charged and I was sent a voucher with details. This was our last day in Lisbon and Fátima was one of the main reasons we came so it was very disappointing!!!!

This was a terrible experience and such a disappointing start to our trip! Nobody arrived for our scheduled tour! The worst was no contact at all! Now fighting for a refund!!!! Worst service we have ever experienced!

Full day of visiting most beautiful places. Fatima is a very religious place where it is large and able accommodate many worshipers.

What an amazing day! All 3 locations were unique: Fatima was powerful and inspiring; Nazare was stunning as well as historic and Obidos was charming. Our guide, Andre, was knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. His personality was engaging and he helped create a memorable experience for us all. Highly recommend!

Nazaré and Óbidos were really cool; Nazaré reminded me of a lot of beach towns in California. Óbidos, the medieval village, was my favorite. It had so many cool shops featuring local artists, and tons of delicious chocolate. My biggest complaint of this tour is that I wish we had been able to spend more time at Óbidos, less time at Fátima.

We had a very pleasant day visiting these interesting locations. Our guide, Andre, had a delightful sense of humor and gave us lots of background information as we went on our journey. We took this tour on a rainy Sunday which worked out to our advantage because the restaurants in Nazaré (where we stopped for lunch) weren’t as busy as they usually are and we were able to get a table to enjoy a delicious lunch with an incredible view. Just something to consider as you book your tour.
