Terrible guide, subjected us to a non-stop stream of extremely inappropriate comments throughout the entire day, difficult to say if we actually enjoyed any of what we were visiting or if we were just feeling the relief of being away from them. I felt embarassed to have submitted my partner to this experience, particularly as a national.
Furthermore, this tour is overpriced and poorly organised - we were given the wrong license plate of the van, warned to be on time but then the guide was late himself, no briefing of the day ahead, no checking names of who is on the tour, no clue of when lunch was scheduled to take place, very poor English speaking skills, little to no or incorrect information given about the places we visited, a complete mess. To make matters worse, I was texted on whatsapp by the guide to request a 5 star review, in response to other negative reviews from fellow travellers. Very unprofessional. This experience has lowered my overall trust in Viator tours.

Lisbon
We were very pleased with our tour exploring Lisbon and its surroundings. Our guide made the trip much more special with their knowledge of the region, history, and culture, and their professional approach. Tourguide Ömer and Portugal
First we begin to visit the Cave. It is amazing but I saw betters in Turkiye. Then on the road we stopped for a while; Fatima is a huge sacred area for chrstians, it has spiritual effects. Nazare is west part of Europe, a coast town. Ciao restorant’s food are delicious. Obidos is a tiny medieval town. They are not marvelous but our guide, Ömer is really good organisator, tour guide. He gives informations right amount not few not much. And he gave very useful information about weather, eating, dressing etc. totally tour is well
