Francesca was absolutely brilliant. I sent my three teenagers and I wish I had joined them. It was a highlight of our whole trip. There are pasta making classes and there are pasta making classes. This is one of the best authentic and treasured experiences. Thank you Francesca so much.

As a family of four this was a fantastic experience. Leo was exceptional as a teacher and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We definitely learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed the wine too. It was such a surprise to have the deli visit first and then the gelato visit afterwards too. our teenagers loved it! And the restaurant we ate At was absolutely superb.

Our group loved everything about this class! Mariel lead our class and she was amazing! The entire evening was very authentic from buying our supplies from the butcher to making our dish and then dining family style in the most beautiful Restaurant. Finishing the night with a stroll through town for gelato was the perfect way to end. Highly recommend this class! Can’t wait to try pasta at home.

We loved this experience and felt it was well worth the cost. Davide was an amazing guide who made our tour personalized and great fun! We also loved his family background of making homemade pasta with his grandmother. It really showed us what a fun experience it is to gather with family u or friends to make pasta together!

Loved the butcher shop, the cheese and wine tasting. The restaurant we made pasta in was beautiful. I’d like to know a little about how the sauce was prepared. The gelato at the end was a nice touch.

Total garbage company—canceled our class! STAY AWAY. We booked a pasta making class for myself and 8 year old daughter months ago when we were planning our Rome Trip…well, they text us to cancel the class the day before we were scheduled to do it “due to unforeseen circumstances”. We’ve pressed them as to why and have gotten zero legitimate response. If you want to enjoy your trip and experiences in Rome book with another company.
