We had a private transfer from the Rome airport to our Florence Airbnb. George, our driver, was amazing. He helped with our luggage’s and waiting until both members arrived at the airport. I would highly recommend this route for the convenience and comfort.
Guy shows up and hour early, which is fine but he had to wait for us to finish lunch so that was stressful knowing he was waiting on us. The vehicle was a van with 2 bench seats facing each other. We are 5 adults, some of us rather tall. It was not comfortable at all. It was also during a heat wave, we kept asking him to turn up the a/c and he didn’t do it. We were hot and uncomfortable for over 2 hours. Guys was not friendly, didn’t say anything to us the whole ride.

Drivers often arrive ahead of schedule to ensure they are ready when guests are, but we regret that this caused you to feel rushed during your lunch. Our Mercedes V-Class is a premium vehicle that comfortably accommodates up to seven passengers and is widely appreciated by our guests. We are sorry that you found the seating arrangement unsuitable for your group. Regarding the air conditioning, the vehicle is fully equipped with climate control, and we're sorry if the temperature during your journey was not to your satisfaction, particularly during the heat wave. We’ve used Rome Limo Transfer twice already and have two more rides booked because the service has been outstanding. Alex, our driver both times, was wonderful — professional, kind, and always on time. My daughter recently had unexpected surgery, and he went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable. We felt very safe and supported throughout our rides.

Had a great experience with Rome Limo Transfers. Our driver, Alexandru, was waiting for us when we arrived in port in Civitavecchia. He was friendly and professional. The car (business class Mercedes) was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant drive from the port to Florence. Would definitely recommend this service.
Our driver (Alexandru) picked us up from Orvieto and drove us to Fiumincino airport (Rome). He was punctual, well presented, efficient and courteous. Alexandru has very good English, and we spoke in a relaxed way on different subjects. We needed a car service to get from Rome airport to our hotel in Florence, 3 hours away. We selected Daytrip because they had great reviews. Our driver Alexandru, met us at the airport, on time, and was an excellent driver. Very attentive to our needs and would stop when we needed to. It was a very pleasant drive, he did a great job and we will use Daytrip again in the future.
Vasile was a pleasure to speak with during our transfer to the airport! Kind, shared his knowledge of Rome, and most importantly he got us to where we were going safely and quickly!
