Claudia was our guide, she was really clear and easy to understand. She went above and beyond to accomodate our disabled family member. And answered all our question. Geat experience!!

I do not recommend this experience with Claudia from Good Morning Italy Tours. She stopped our group twice to talk about things related to the Vatican while people rushed past us instead of focusing on securing good seats for the group. As a result, only I had the best seat while everyone else could see the Pope behind one or two other heads. Somebody please explain to her that the priority of this paid tour (we paid for a free experience to the public so we could get great seats) is to secure the best seats for everyone and once you have done that, while the group waits for the Pope to appear, then she can talk all she wants about the Vatican.
