Customer service personnel were rude. They hide details about stroller usage deep in the details, very difficult to find that. The details about stroller usage should be listed in the main description. Be kind to families and help them evaluate the accessibility of this tour for their personal situation.

Juliana was an incredible guide. I couldn’t recommend her more. Her knowledge was incredible and she was very accommodating to our family. 5 star.

Total waste of money, effort, and most importantly, time. The tour started nearly 40 minutes late, and despite paying for a “skip-the-line” experience, we still spent an additional 35 minutes waiting in line. That put us behind schedule from the very beginning. To make matters worse, the tour guide’s radio equipment was not working properly, making it difficult to hear and follow the commentary. The entire Vatican tour felt extremely rushed. The guide was constantly talking while walking and rarely stopped to allow the group to properly view, appreciate, or photograph the incredible artwork and historical treasures. The tour was wrapped up in less than two hours, leaving little opportunity to enjoy the beauty and significance of the Vatican. Instead of an engaging and informative experience, it felt like being hurried from one spot to the next with no time to absorb what we were seeing. I would not recommend this tour. Save your money and explore on your own or choose a different tour operator.

Alex was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about the art exhibits and history. It would have been nice to see more of the Vatican Museums, we spent only about one hour in the museums. The Sistene Chapel and Basilica are absolutely stunning, and you can’t miss them. Be prepared for a lot of steps, and lots of people, it is hot in the summertime.

Juliana is very easy to understand, speaks very well English. Answered all of our questions, waited for us to take photos too. I highly recommend this tour and ask for Juliana! She explained so much in answered questions for me.

The tour was exceptional! Our guide, Juliana, was very knowledgeable and went at a good pace. I did not feel rushed through anything. Would definitely recommend doing this tour!

Our guide, Iuliana Bujoreanu, was amazing. She was incredibly engaging, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and provided us with an extraordinary experience.

The Vatican Museums, Saint Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel were incredible. Our tour guide Alex was very informative. That being said, people purchasing the tour need to know it is fast paced/rushed, but that truly cannot be helped due to the volume of people visiting each day, about 30,000. Also, much of indoor tour does not have air conditioning, so visiting in the summer months can be uncomfortable and difficult for those not accustomed to extreme heat and humidity. Other than the items I mentioned which cannot be controlled by the tour guides or tour companies, it is a highly recommended tour with extraordinary sites and history.
