Regarding the winery experience, we would respectfully like to clarify that this is a highly rated, long-established family-owned winery, and the tasting format (a curated selection of wines served in a guided setting) reflects the typical structure of premium wine tastings in the region. Many of our guests value the quality and intimate atmosphere of the experience. While we fully acknowledge and regret the delayed pickup, we believe that a one-star rating for the entire experience may not fully reflect the overall quality of the winery visit itself.
