Great Food… Better People
This was one of our BEST experiences in Rome. Chef Gaia and Adib were AWESOME!!!! The group was not oversized, only 8 people. Gaia was able to help us all individually when we were struggling with our dough. Adib was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly. We met the most awesome people from Scotland, Japan, and Slovenia (don’t quote me). And the food turned out really good…. Although I’m not gonna lie, i thought my pasta would be mediocre at best lol. You will not regret this experience. And yes I am a real person from the US and can be very judgey at times. But this was one to remember.

Angela and the team were amazing! The spritz and pasta making session was so much fun! Angela was so charismatic and the team were so attentive. Would recommend Angela and this experience go anyone visiting Rome!

Best workshop in Rome!
We loved the experience and Angela was amazing! Her explanations, energy and support made our bachelorette weekend a wonderful one! We definitely recommend this if you are coming with friends and want to have an amazing day.
