Stefano as a guide is what made our visit great!
Stefano, our guide from Local X at the Galleria, was excellent. He not only explained the history behind the statues and paintings, but also provided fascinating insights into why we were seeing what we were seeing. His knowledge of art history, along with the stories behind the painters and sculptors, made the tour even more engaging. The only downside, through no fault of his, was that one member of our group had a mobility issue and was not accompanied, which unfortunately caused some delays. Stefano was very accommodating and managed this without impacting what we had planned to see. Overall, a great visit with a very knowledgeable and engaging guide.

Stefano was a wonderful guide with lots of knowledge about art and history. You are only alloted 2 hours at the Borghese so having a guide to provide the highlights really enriched the experience.

The Borghese Gallery combines art with the natural landscape. It houses magnificent paintings and sculptures inside a beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained villa. Magnificent.

Within less than a couple of hours after purchasing, I was contacted by Cristina with Your Local X by Bibbo Tours and provided instructions on how to retrieve my tickets. Borghese Gallery - Great collection Great guide
Gallery itself has a tremendous collection of sculptures and artwork. Our guide Dimitri was excellent, moved us against the flow so many times our group was alone at major exhibits. He was well organized, knew his art history and how the work intersected with culture and local events. Expertly related various exhibits to each other. Most art history I've ever absorbed from a guide.

Do not miss the Borghese museum in Rome.
Beautiful museum, possibly the best in Rome, given its Bernini collection. Eddy was extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly guide.

Excellent museum and excellent tour guide.
Excellent tour of this quality museum. Our tour guide was great. She spoke excellent english and was easy to understand. She was friendly and informative. The museum has some excellent paintings and sculptures!

Always communicate with your vendor
Generally smooth but they didn’t show up at meeting point and made me very worried! I wish like other tours we booked they let me know at least a day in advance that they are sending me PDF tickets Rather than all was god and smooth You are lucky your colleagues ( other vendors) backed you up when they saw us panicked they you are not there

A small but important clarification: you purchased skip-the-line tickets, not a guided tour — so there is no meeting point or guide included in this service. Our role is to provide valid access tickets, which we did. We understand the tickets arrived closer to entry time than you would have preferred, and we'll take that on board for earlier delivery in future. That said, any concern at the entrance would have come from a misunderstanding of what was booked. We encourage guests to review their booking details ahead of time — this helps avoid unnecessary stress on the day. We hope you enjoyed the experience itself, and we'd be happy to welcome you back.
