Frederico did a great job of explaining the Gallery’s theme of metamorphosis. He tied, Ruebens, Bernini, Rapheal and many other artists together. It was a look back into history to understand the motivations and mindset of many of the artists. Frederico did a superb job of making sure we saw the best in the gallery in 3.5 hours. Like so much in Rome, a single tour doesn’t do the gallery or the surrounding gardens justice. A great compliment to the Vatican tour we had the day before. There is no way to see the art of the Renaissance in a day or two, just as there is no way to taste all the great food. This tour helps refine your knowledge to know what you might want to see on the next trip..

Great art and Gabriele is a great guide
This was a very informative tour because Gabriele did a wonderful job. He is passionate and knowledgeable and the guide makes all the difference on a tour like this! The art itself is world class (Bernini, Caravaggio, etc) but you enjoy it more with a great guide.

Not for children they were running around .

Borghese Gallery Tour

Fantastic tour
We had an excellent tour at Borghese Gallery with our guide Alicia. I am the type that sometimes gets bored in a museum and our guide kept me interested and informed the entire time. She really made the art come alive. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Excellent tour!
Frederick was an excellent guide. Efficient and knowledgeable. I found it interesting that he didn't discuss any of the Christian paintings, however, skipping those rooms. Perhaps it was a time issue. He was able to answer every question he was asked and provided valuable insights on the property as well as the artwork. The logistics for the tour were well-handled, as well.

Must See
Great experience.
We had a bit of confusion with the guides at the beginning but it was sorted and we got the full tour.
Make sure to leave time to stroll the gardens/park.

Federico, the guide, is the star!
The highlight of the tour was Federico, our guide. He navigated us through the gallery with wonderful ease and gave us a structured and intelligent tour which focused on important Bernini sculptures and made brilliant connections between them and other works in the collection. Humorous, entertaining and erudite. The best tour we have ever taken.
