The four-hour course was all very quick. Trena, who gave me the treatment, was very friendly and much more fun. It was a good refreshment to be able to talk with my friends and girls in a room. Coconut oil Sirodala smelled nice and comfortable, and my hair was smooth at the head spa and facial spa. Sirodhara has always wanted to take it, so I am glad that my wish came true, and it was good to have my first Sirodhara here. It looks like a facility attached to the hotel, and I would like to stay at the hotel next.
It was really, really good… It was my first time at Shirodala, but I didn’t know it felt so good… It was so much better than I imagined! I had a couple of friends do a treatment in a couple room and it was a full course of 4 hours very quickly! The acupressure of the AIS in charge was the best. Thank you very much ~ It will give me the energy to do my best in Japan 😭✨
I had PUSPA take charge of it. I was also able to speak Japanese and was entrusted with it with peace of mind. It was a very pleasant four-hour ride.
Had a wonderful experience at Spa Air in Bali. Both Puspa and Tnade were incredible—skilled, kind, and attentive. I left feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend!

Your Bali trip will always end with dinner at this spa! Trina always welcomes me with a smile. She is good at massage and Japanese. Full body treatment and head spa to help you relieve travel fatigue. It was Ayu's first time, but he massaged very well. Thank you so much for all the time!

On May 2nd, a couple had a 120 minute Balinese massage. I took it in a couple room but it is spacious, clean and equipped with a shower. AIS and PUSPA, who were in charge of the program, were able to communicate with each other in simple Japanese and were willing to accept our request. The massage was also polite and the force was optimal and very good, and 120 minutes passed very quickly.

I booked the spa day at Spa Air for my mums birthday. Before we went the spa checked and few details & when I mentioned it was a celebration day spa they kindly arranged a surprise birthday cake for my mum. The actual spa itself from beginning to end was incredible. The massage, body scrub & relaxing soak in the petal bath was heavenly. Special thanks to our therapist Ayu & Ais, both were gentle and kind. Best experience, would highly recommend.
