We booked through trip advisor and received an email telling us all the inclusions. On the list it said no pick up and drop off, then under that it said pick up included. I was happy with that and thought we would just find our way home. Waiting outside our resort and no one came. Got reception to contact them and they said no pick up. I show them the list of inclusions that I received. No one helped us. 4 adults as I have adult children. That’s a lot of money. I contacted trip advisor and they sent the company an email. They said they will NOT give me a refund. I do not recommend both parties. Very disappointed and frustrated

AGUNG took us to the coffee plantation and then onto the quad bike experience and what an experience. I would recommend Agung to take you any time .

We had an absolute blast. It was raining and that meant extra water on the track and a flowing river in the canyon! The tracks were challenging and got the adrenaline pumping, especially some of the steeper downhill slopes. The quad bikes handled it easily though and our guide was clear with safety tips and riding techniques that ensured we could manage. We had some novices in our group and it didn’t take them long to be riding like pros! The gorilla cave was brilliant and the small waterfalls that sprung up from the rain just made the lush jungle even more beautiful. The main waterfall was spectacular and a great photo opportunity. Hubby wanted to keep going and we’ll be visiting again.

We had an amazing time ATV riding. My friend and I went around 9 am and drove around for about an hour enjoying the greenery and nature. We did drive through a cave but the waterfall unfortunately was small. I’ve heard the waterfall advertised is closed for road repair.

Very good fun, make sure to pack extra clothes!! You’ll get wet!! Would recommend!! 🎉🎉 The tour guide was fantastic and friendly

We had such a great experience with our driver! Manik He was punctual, friendly, and very professional throughout the journey. The car was comfortable and clean, and he drove safely while making sure we felt relaxed. He also shared local tips along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our ride to the Ubud ATV so smooth and pleasant — highly recommended!

We had a great time on the adventure course, the instructors were great and made the day so much fun. Our driver was also great picking us up on time. He also provided us with a lot of information on the drive to Ubud and dropped us off in a different spot so we could do some shopping.

Fabulous experience. One adult and two teenagers on solo ATV’s. Can thoroughly recommend this if you want a short burst of adrenaline and adventure in Bali. Everything from pickup to checkin and return to hotel was seamless and well organised.
