We booked this company based on their good reviews, and it was a complete mistake. They never showed up at the airport, ignored multiple calls, and left us stranded to figure out our own transportation. After finally reaching them, they apologized and promised a refund that never came. Weeks later they claimed it was “processed,” but nearly two months later I still never received it. Very unprofessional company that does not follow through on what they promise. I would strongly recommend avoiding them. :::

If you choose another service, you have chosen the wrong one. These guys are the best. Their drivers are so professional and courteous, the vehicles are clean and modern, but most importantly is the care they showed during our recent visit. We were unfortunately in Puerto Vallarta when the cartel decided to create a short period of unrest after the cartel leader was killed by the government of Mexico. The Only Riviera Group stayed in touch with us multiple times a day after our flight was cancelled. Always checking to see if we were safe and secure first, but also reassuring us they were there for us whenever we were ready to go or to move from the resort we were staying. They kept us informed of the conditions in town, the situation at the airport, and continued to check on us daily. We will be back to Puerto Vallarta again and you can be assured that I will ONLY look to one company for my transportation needs. Thank you Only Riviera Group, we really appreciate you all and they way you cared for us during our stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Arrival was great. Driver was there with a large sign with our name on it. Car was clean. Return trip was also perfect. On time and safe.

I booked this transfer for my adult children and grand children who were traveling to PVR. I knew they would be tired after a long flight with little kids so I recommended a private transfer. The very first message I received from my son-in-law was "I am in heaven! Thanks for recommending this transfer!" The driver was there as promised with a sign- there were two car seats in the vehicle for the kids AND the cold drinks were a Welcome bonus! They also loved that they could confirm their return pickup then and there with the driver and felt 100% confident in the service that they would receive. Traveling with little ones is not always easy but the amazing drivers at Only Riviera Group certainly make it a lot less stressful! Thank you to Enrique who was the first driver and gave them an amazing first impression. Kudos as well to the return driver (whose name we cannot remember - sorry!) Both were simply outstanding. We are hoping to come back next near after Christmas and will definitely be using Only Riviera Group again!! Don't hesitate to put your trust in this company. A+++

More complicated than it needs to be. The website/interface is confusing. It wants to pick me up at "Ordaz", wherever that is, and there is no other option. I needed to be dropped off at the Conrad Punta de Mita. Again, not an option. Had to send an email to explain. Next day I got a reply that said we have to cancel your booking, because the Conrad is outside of our normal area. I was offered the chance to make a new reservation, for an unknown additional amount of money. I canceled, and was told to immediately contact "Customer Service" to refund my charge. Hard to tell how to do that, there is no customer service link. Tried calling their phone number, 011+523222081022, got a machine that answered in Spanish and didn't appear to offer any options other than leave a message after the beep.

It was a seemless and great way to start our vacation. The van was waiting for us with cold waters and beer!

Driver was waiting for the 7 of us with my name on a sign. Very easy to spot. He got us to the beautiful van and had cold water and beer for us. Would highly recommend for private transportation directly to hotel

Great experience, great communication, reliable and safe! Driver reached out as soon as we arrived. Made it easy for us to know exactly where we were going.

I put both flight numbers in the booking since we had a connecting flight . On the day of, the driver reached out and I told him we were delayed. We got the flight number fixed and he said it was good we caught it. 5 hours later, we land and I have an email stating our booking was canceled for being a no-show. I texted the driver and called him and he wouldn’t respond. Then I was told “he’s just the driver” and can’t do anything. We ended up booking another service and are out $217.
