We loved Cinque Terre but the guide basically was a transporter NOT a Guide. We made it on our own but would have liked more history. This was a Dream. I was told we would have Roberto but we had Michael. Very bad deal for the Price

From our end, we have provided the correct description, which is, a tour that includes only a private driver and free time into the villages of the Amalfi Coast. We are sorry if you had different expectations. It is our knowledge that there's been a refund compensation for your unhappy experience. We had a great time in cinque terre. Communication for the tour was easy. We probably could have visited four villages of the 5 during our available time 10-630 but only ended up seeing Riogmaggiore, Corniglia and Vernazza. The latter was probably the favorite as it’s the prettiest. Somewhat more touristy. The drive there is a windy or or two lane road but handled expertly by our driver Ricardo who was friendly and engaging and communicated well about pickup times in each village. People who easily get carsick would not have done well n the drive. This was an expensive tour but we appreciated that it was just our party of 8. It was about 2h each way from our cruise port in Livorno but drive was worth it given the uniqueness of the location.
