Come hungry! The tour includes generous portions of delicious food—enough for a full meal. Everything we sampled tasted amazing, and Luca shared fascinating stories about Sicily’s history, pointing out tucked-away streets and bustling markets we might otherwise have missed. Fun, knowledgeable, and considerate, he made the experience both delicious and made us fall more in love with Sicily.
We are so glad we booked this and had a wonderful experience. It was so fun seeing all of the history and walking the streets of Florence! Best for paninis! Got a cute pair of handmade Italian leather sandals as a souvenir! Highly recommend. The guides were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Well organized!

Great day! Nacho was our guide, and he was very knowledgeable and funny! We accidentally booked the wrong day, and they emailed back immediately fixing it for us!!! Amazing communication! Perfect amount of time in Florence and Pisa! Would recommend 100%!!
Was a great tour seen and did everything we wanted to do. Make sure you have 5 Euros per person to take the round-trip trolley to the leaning tower of Pisa our entire bus opted to do that and thankfully we had cash on hand. Tour guide Ignatius was great. A true historian and asset to the company.
Igna was an excellent tour guide. He made sure to keep up with everyone and sent us directions for everything we wanted to see.
Ignacio, our tour guide, and Alda, our driver, were both fantastic! Very comfortable ride, great information, and plenty of time to see the highlights in both Florence and Pisa. Ignacio provided a map with key attractions and gave updates and recommendations in a group in WhatsApp. Great value for a full day experience. We would definitely recommend another tour with Ignacio!

Full day, multilingual tour of Pisa & Florence with Shore Emotions (guides Chiara & Bea, driver Lucca) was well done. Comfortable, clean, AC coach made a welcome experience on a very hot day. Both UNESCO sites must be reached on foot. Our guides thoughtfully gave us maps with coordinates that were very helpful. They interjected lovely humour throughout the trip. Our bus was a mixture of two cruise ships that were respectful of each other. Highly recommend these guides.
A totally recommendable excursion. We had a great day touring Florence and Pisa with Luca, Omi, and Ariadna. We enjoyed it a lot and they were attentive at all times to ensure we felt comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoyed the experience. On the way there we had the inconvenience of traffic, something that did not depend on them, but they knew how to manage it with great professionalism and, thanks to their organization, we managed to make the most of our visit to Florence. Throughout the day they were attentive to us and to ensuring everything went as well as possible. Without a doubt, I would highlight their approachability, attention, and professionalism. They made us feel very accompanied and we take away a wonderful memory of the excursion. Thank you very much, Luca, Omi, and Ariadna! We would do it again without a doubt.
