It was a great experience from the beginning. Our guide was very informative, entertaining and fun. She spoke a few languages to accommodate all on tour which was a plus for the Spanish speaking guests. All in all a great driver and guide. She gave us a great lunch recommendation, and it was amazing too.

It was amazing. It wasn't supposed to be a guided tour but our guide gave us so much information and brought us right into the town centre with a map and instructions on how to het around. Great guide.

This tour was amazing. Ignacio is a wealth of information. His knowledge of the history of Florence was great. He is a very good narrator and is quite amusing and funny. One of the best tours I've ever had. Bery good value for the money. We also had plenty of time to sightsee on our own. Alda was a great driver also. I felt very comfortable with her driving.

Ignatio was very informative and interesting. Knew a lot about Florence and Tuscany as a whole. It would have been nice if he could have stayed with us throughout the trip to tell us about what we were seeing. Would highly recommend taking this tour. The bus driver Alda made us feel safe as she drove through Tuscany.

Ignacio was amazing. Evertthing he did was to make our journey memorable and easy. He was so well prépared with the map and all the google maps links to move from one attraction to the other makes our life so easy. He also recommend good restaurant and shops based on our needs.

Natcho and Alda were wonderful. Natcho provided a plethora of great information about Florence while Alda deftly navigated the unique driving of Italy. The tour was just the right amount of time for us to see the highlights of Florence and have an authentic Italian meal. Bravo Viator!

Omi explained everything we needed to know very well and told us interesting facts and information about the area. We were able to enjoy our visit without the worry of getting lost with the map and the wasapp group which was very informative. Also the bus driver Renaldo was a very safe driver who very kindly dropped us back at ship which saved us getting the shuttle bus back.we really enjoyed our day

What a fantastic tour. This was free time in Florence but our Tour Guide Omi covered everything and more with humour and understanding. Fluent in at least 3 languages, nothing was too much trouble. Coupled with the smooth driving skills of Renaldo who navigated busy areas with ease and kept us safe throughout. An excellent team.

Oh wow!! Florence Italy is amazing!! Our tour leader, Omi, and our driver, Renaldo, made this tour incredible! Why? Omi delivered maps and site descriptions through Whatsup. That made touring around Florence easy and stress free! Omi is just a delightful person! Renaldo drover through traffic with amazing skill! And instead of dropping us off at a distant drop off point mikes away from our ship, he was able to arrange it so we were dropped off by the ship! Yeah Renaldo!!

Thank you so much to Omni and Renaldo for an excellent tour to Florence! Everything was extremely well organized, and you can tell how passionate Omni is about her job and making sure everyone has a great experience. Even during our free time in Florence, we happened to bump into her while we were walking around. She immediately came over to make sure we didn’t need anything and ended up sitting with us and chatting for a little while, which was such a nice personal touch. She also provided us with recommendations and helpful links that made navigating Florence incredibly easy. The tour was the perfect amount of time in the city and gave us plenty of opportunity to explore on our own without ever feeling rushed. We had such a great day. Thank you again, Omni and Renaldo!
