We had a great experience with Mr. Yoga during our Ubud tour. He was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to answer our questions. I initially got rebooked and imagine that it was sad that I missed a day in traveling to Bali. But Bali Sun Tours was very accommodating with my requests. They really communicate well with their guest. They handle situations calmly and professionally. During my tour, Pong, my assigned guide and driver, was amazing! He made it simple but meaningful for me. Each part of my tour complements the other. From the excitement, the meal and relaxation - I noticed how great was curated.
It was an amazing experience! Edi was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable about Bali and always sharing great insights and the best places to visit. Since it was our first time in Bali, having a guide like Edi made the experience even more special. I had a great experience with our Bali driver Pak Gun. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the local area. He gave helpful recommendations for food and attractions. The car was clean and comfortable, and he drove safely throughout the trip (good temper). Communication was smooth, and he was flexible with our schedule, making the whole journey stress-free.
