Anna was lovely to deal with and provided seamless service. Very easy to arrange and Mr Hoan our driver so sweet. We were greeted with a sign at the airport and escorted to the car. Hanoi Transfer Service is an excellent choice for transfers from Nội Bài International Airport to Hanoi city centre. The online booking process was simple and straightforward. Shortly after booking, I was contacted via email and WhatsApp by Ms. Anna, who confirmed all the details and made everything very easy. Upon our arrival in Hanoi, Ms. Anna again reached out to advise us of our driver, Mr. Hoang, and we also received direct contact from him. Our luggage took more than an hour to arrive on the carousel, but Mr. Hoang patiently waited without any issue. Once we exited the airport, we found Mr. Hoang immediately. His vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ms. Anna also checked in to ensure everything was ok. The journey to our hotel was comfortable and stress-free. Overall, this service offered outstanding value for money, excellent communication, and professional service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use Hanoi Transfer Service again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Our driver picked us in a very nice vehicle with air conditioning. He was waiting for us just outside the airport doors with my name on a sign. The ride was smooth with no issues. The driver pointed out a few landmarks on the way to our hotel. I would definitely recommend this transport.

Anna and team did a fantastic job with our transfers from/to airport. The drivers were reliable, punctual, and drove safely with clean vehicles. During my time in Hanoi, my family of 12 needed to get driven to several restaurants, hotels, and nail salons. Although this was not advertised, I reached out to Anna and she was able to coordinate all the rides throughout my stay. She did a fantastic job in communication - always professional and clear on pricing. I would definitely book them again!

The service was great and fast, I did not worry about anything! Anna asks a lot from the time of scheduling, in the organization of the meeting with the driver, during the trip and the next day, really a first-class service. The driver, Mr Liem, was already at the location and the trip was calm.

Very nice drop off service. I booked this because my hotel was going to charge double the price. Anna was responsive, communicative via WhatsApp and was very helpful. I paid a little extra to have two drop offs (my family stayed nearby). Minh picked us up and it was a great experience without all the confusion at the airport.

Anna received a call from the back desk operator and driver Mr. Hoan just before leaving and joining contacts (WhatsApp). Because the 10th Pillar car is very crowded, not seeing Huan but immediately contacted Anna to help with the handling. Get in the car soon received confirmation of Anna's concern, touched. The Mr. Hoan people were not speaking, but the service was in place, and they were all assisting with the luggage. Driving does not always press the speaker, only flashes when the front car is slower! When we arrived at the property and received a message of concern from Anna, it was a pleasure.
