This self-guided tour of the outskirts of Florence was on of our favs of the entire trip. John was fabulous getting us set-up with top quality E-bikes and digital maps to follow a well designed tour through beautiful Tuscany. Stopped at a vineyard along the way to savour a charcuterie board with delicious wines.

Absolutely fantastic outing! You get to ride bikes up Tuscan hills that only professional cyclers could do. The views are amazing, the self guided map was easy to follow and had all the right info. My wife and I and our 15 year old daughter had no problem navigating the route and the trip is one we will remember forever.

Very pleasant experience, even in 100-degree heat in August. We loved this bike ride to discover Tuscany. John explained the different stages of the trip to us so we could approach the ride with all the necessary information. The bikes are of very good quality and the electric assistance is very pleasant and necessary. We enjoyed the wine tasting as well as the meal at the Galardi vineyard. Thanks John for your kindness.

Amazing experience! The route is very well planned and the ride is easy and rewarding. Our favorite stop was the winery, where they were extremely accommodating and pleasant.

This was the best bike tour that we ever did. Not too many cars and the pool at the winery was nice and refreshing. The scenery was breath taking riding through the Tuscan mountains. John was a great! He explianed the bike and the route really well.

This was the best part of our trip to Portugal. It was easy to follow the self guided directions. We loved the beautiful scenery. It was also great to use the pool at the recommended winery on such a hot day. I couldn’t recommend this more ! We plan to come back and do it again.

Excellent experience, John met us at the shop and went through everything with us ensuring my wife felt confident, he explained the route, bikes and what to expect, we loved the wine tasting and the Tuscany lunch, we also enjoyed a swim in the pool which was well worth the extra in 38 degrees heat. All in all , a top trip, and John a top bloke! 5 stars!

My partner and I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. John was extremely friendly, relaxed and accommodating. The route is really easy to folllow and has been meticulously planned and refined by John over the years. Water stops and WCs are highlighted on the map, along with tips and safety pointers. The bikes themselves were well maintained, naught light work of the hills and were really comfortable to ride. The e-bike tour and a quick stop at the vinyard was one of our highlights during our stay. Thank you John for the work you have put into to this tour and designing a fantastic route. If you are thinking of renting E-Bikes in Florence, look no further!

We had an amazing day biking through Tuscany! Certainly the highlight of Florence for myself, my wife, and our two sons (18 and 22). My wife and I were able to handle the Tuscan hills with ease with the e-bikes. They had powerful motors that assisted our pedaling and while we certainly got a workout, even with the 100F heat were handled it OK. The boys chose to use the electric part sparingly and were definitely feeling it the next day! The countryside was beautiful. The vineyard was great. The map app was brilliant and easy to follow. So awesome, would not hesitate to recommend!
