Very nice dive and experience on the turtles sanctuary site, with this club in Buzios, for the whole family (2 kids Cmas 1 star + 2 parents Cmas 2 stars) - Very reactive and reliable WhatsApp contact - Great quality material - Professional and safe diving leader (actually we had 2 diving leaders for us 4!) Only reserve: visibility was not great (10-12m) due to the season, but still largely worth it…many fishes, colours, turtles and rays…)

It had been a while since I last dived and I was a bit rusty, but they had all the patience in the world for me, and besides, Ilha da Ancora is a very nice place to dive.

I have already taken two courses with Pablo and his team, and I will continue advancing in my diving career with them. Always professional, attentive, and patient in teaching.

I had an excellent diving experience. We set off to the Isle of Ancora for two unforgettable dives. The first was at the east end; the boat dropped us off at one end and we dived to the meeting point for 53 minutes. It was a life-filled tour, highlighting several large turtles and a passage through two rocky slits that created a fascinating little cave atmosphere. After a break in the boat, we did the second dive (50 min) for the other side of the island. Both points were spectacular, but what really made the difference was the team. Matias, the instructor, is a total genius: he knows the area perfectly, points out every detail underwater and is always ready to help. Real pleasure to dive with professionals like that. Fully recommended!

If you like pond diving or want to do your first dive this walk is unmissable. I did it with PyP Mergulho, I highly recommend them. I had already dived three times with them, along with my son who did baptism, in the direito beach singing sector of Joao Fernandes (in 2022, 2023 and 2025). On the trip to ilha Ancora we were three people with different experience in diving (from open water upwards). Our instructor / guide was Matias, super expert, really makes you feel confident in diving and you get infected by his passion for diving. Note apart the captain of the boat who like Matias knows perfectly the area, currents, etc. We did two dives of 40 minutes each, in two sectors of the island. What's different about Joao Fernandes? The abundance of marine life, specimen size and visibility is much greater. There are huge rock walls, covered by coral, next to a pair of small natural tunnels that make the descent very special (this time we go down 18 meters.) If you're lucky you can see manta rays. We saw shoals of "fake tuna" and a kind of beautiful black frades; a 30 cm rockfish, two moray eels, two sea turtles that swam alongside us, and a huge variety of fish. From porto velho (end of Orla Bardot) to the dive spot on the island, the trip on the boat is 60 minutes. You leave at 07.30 te at 13.30 hrs you are back in Buzios. 100% recommended!

I had a great time, very cordial throughout. Diving in Áncora is amazing, lots of turtles and lots of life. At all times attentive and with some tuna, olives and mayonnaise from another planet. Very professional at all times

An amazing experience, the boys treated us to ten. The school on the beach is very good because when you go out you stay on the beach which is beautiful
