プライベートエクスカーション ― ドライバーがリヴォルノ港のクルーズ船までお迎えにあがり、トスカーナの美しい丘陵地帯を楽しくドライブします。 最初の目的地は、フィレンツェの最高のパノラマビューを楽しめる有名なミケランジェロ広場です。 ルネサンス期の彫刻家ミケランジェロに捧げられたこの広場は、サン・ロレンツォのメディチ礼拝堂にあるダビデ像や4つの寓意画など、彼の大理石の傑作のいくつかをブロンズで模写したものが自慢です。 この豊かな体験を20分間お楽しみください。
フィレンツェの息をのむようなパノラマの景色を捉えるためにミケランジェロ広場で最初の停止の後。 その後、街の中心部に飛び込み、自分のペースで探索してみましょう。 ルネサンス建築の傑作といわれる壮麗なフィレンツェ大聖堂（ドゥオモ）を鑑賞し、エレガントな共和国広場を散策しましょう。 ダンテ・アリギエーリの足跡を辿り、象徴的なシニョリーア広場（ロッジア・デイ・ランツィの美しい像を眺めることができる）に驚嘆し、魅惑的なヴェッキオ橋で忘れられない瞬間を捉えましょう。 ドライバーが終日サポートし、モニュメントへの同行、旅程の提案、短時間で本格的なランチを楽しめるスポットの推薦などを行います。 午後2時頃昼食後、卓越したワインで有名なキアンティ地方へ。
農家に到着する前に、オリーブ畑、ヒノキの木、ブドウ畑に彩られたフィレンツェのなだらかな丘陵地帯を曲がりくねりながら、トスカーナで最も風光明媚なワイン街道を縦断します。 トスカーナ州の代表的な農場では、キアンティのワインの緻密な生産を見学しながら、ブドウ畑や歴史あるセラーを散策しましょう。 ツアーの後は、有名なキアンティ種やスーパートスカーナ種を含む5種類の絶品ワインをガイド付きでテイスティング。 復路は17:00に予定されており、絵のように美しい風景と忘れられないワイン体験に浸った1日を締めくくる。

Grrrreat!! Andre was fantastic!! Well worth the cost! A wonderful day!! A winner!! Andre took us through Florence and Tuscany- the wine tasting was fabulous!
Our private tour began with easy pick up from our Livorno cruise ship terminal. Met by our guide/driver Andreas right on time, we headed to Florence via a very scenic route, passing fields of sunflowers and through the picturesque Tuscan hills. We arrived in Florence, stopping at a beautiful overlook of the city. We proceeded into the city center, parked the van, and headed out for our walking tour. We covered all the sights from the exterior as we did not have enough time to do the Uffizi Gallery, etc. we had read about the amazing sandwiches at Allantico… lived up to the hype!! After lunch we headed up to the small country winery for a tasting, which was very enjoyable though the wines did not suit our palates. We returned to the ship around 5:15. Why 4 stars? The van needed new shock absorbers so passengers in the back really felt every bump. I recommend they offer clients chilled bottled water as on other our private tours…none was offered. The guide could add more in-depth historical information when describing the major sights in Florence. All in all, we enjoyed our personalized day very much.
Andrew met our group of 4 at the pier and our adventure started out on the right foot. A couple in our party had not eaten breakfast so Andrew found us a little place in Livorno filled with locals where we had delicous breakfast sandwhiches and pastries at prices you won't find in the States. The beautiful drive to Florence was filled with Andrew describing the geography and culture intermixed with personal stories. Once in Florence, Andrew gave us 3 options to see this amazing city: 1) drop us off at a central area and allow us to roam on our own for a few hours; 2) drive us to key sites and give us time to explore before heading to the next; and 3) park the van and Andrew could join us for a personal tour of the key ites of Florence. We chose #2. Around noon, Andrew took us to an amazing restaurent which he'd made us reservations. After a few hours in the city, Andrew drove us up the picturesque Chianti hills to the San Vito winery. Andrew handed us off to Neri who explained in detail the process of making Chianti wine then we had several samples and made a few purchases. Following, Andrew shuttled us back to the port ending an amazing day. I could not give a higher recomendation!!! Andrew and his company could not have been better. His flexibility to cator our tour to our best needs was the cherry on top. Did I mention that I walked by Jeff Goldbloom on a narrow Florence street??? lol
Amazing experience sightseeing and knowledge of the region, if you want a taste of Italy this is it.
If there was a way to give 6 stars I would! Our guide listened to what we wanted to see and made it happen in the perfect way! We got close to all the sight seeing venues, he found a small restaurant that was amazing and we ended the day with a private winery tour. He was not only knowledgeable but interesting to talk to!!!!!!!!!! There are not enough good words to say about our day in Florence.
