Tiago is a wonderful guide and made our excursion so much better with his knowledge and kindness. The wine country is stunning. We enjoyed multiple tastings-port, olive oil, digestive liqueur, cheese, meats. Traditional Portuguese lunch with a beautiful view under a mulberry tree. We added the river tour which was lovely.

Just had a fantastic day with Nuno! Brilliant guide, very knowledgable and excellent fun! Visited three wineries, enjoyed a beautiful boat ride and learned a lot about the region, Port wine and accompanied by great food. Wholly recommend this tour and Nuno as guide, he’s awesome!

This is a must do day trip from Porto and make sure to ask for Antonio. He is a wonderful guide . Super knowledgeable, terrific English speaker , very friendly, patient and a pleasure to spend the day with. Day was planned, timed perfectly at each stop. The views are breathtaking, the wine was excellent throughout and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We chose to skip a lunch stop and Antonio gladly filled the time with an extra stop at a small village with a “special “ wine tasting. His recommendations on how to fill the day were spot on. The company was also very easy to work with, answering questions before our visit. Make sure you choose this tour and don’t forget to ask for Antonio.

Tiago was a wonderful guide. His knowledge of the Duro valley and the history he shared was exquisite. The stops were spread out perfectly and the wine and port was fantastic. All of the food was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone…and this is coming from a beer drinker.

What an amazing experience. You get way more than you pay for. Set aside a whole day for this trip, but it is worth it. Th guide really made everyone feel comfortable, Very friendly, and willing to go above an beyond so that the clients can feel happy. The Douro Valley has amazing views, and the atmosphere was incredible! While traveling i always felt comfortable in the Van, its big and you aren't crowded.

We spent the day with Tiago. We greatly appreciated his knowledge; he is very friendly, explained many things to us, and answered our questions; we were never bored! The comfort of the car was perfect, and the coolness of the air conditioning was appreciated as it easily reaches 30 degrees in the Douro. In the morning, the tasting of olive oil and wines was interesting (they accept children who are allowed a delicious grape juice). Small boat for the 45-minute cruise on the Douro with Portuguese champagne on board. Very nice. The lunch in the garden of a manor house with a view of the vineyards was very pleasant, with a tasting of Port for dessert. The last stop with a break for ham, cheese, and vinho verde beautifully concluded the day! Throughout the day, we traveled the roads of the Douro Valley; the landscapes are spectacular. We really recommend it!

We loved our time visiting the Duoro Valley with our guide Antonio. He was knowledgeable in both the history and culture of the region and Portugal in general. He was also very flexible making sure we got to areas when they were less crowded. I would highly recommend this private tour.
