Our full day excursion was a lot of fun, due in large part to our tour guide, Eduardo. He was terrific and made the whole day trip very enjoyable. The valley was beautiful, views were outstanding, and lunch was terrific. Would recommend this if you have a full day to explore and learn. But ask for Eduardo! He was great.

We had a fantastic wine tasting tour in the Douro Valley, and so much of that was down to our wonderful guide, Eduardo. His knowledge of the region, the wines and the history was absolutely amazing, and he made the whole experience both interesting and enjoyable. Eduardo was friendly, passionate and clearly loved sharing his knowledge. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Douro Valley!

This day exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t believe how much was included! The transportation, our AMAZING tour guide Joanna, the wine tastings, the winery tours, the boat ride with more tastings, and an incredible lunch were all part of the price. We highly recommend!!

Excellent service from start to finish of our small group trip to the Douro Valley. Pedro (Pep) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining throughout. We had a very special trip and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take in amazing scenery along with tasty wines and port with again friendly informative owners. Even the lunch stop off for local food was extremely good along with a nice relaxing boat ride. Thoroughly enjoyable experience

Our tour guide Ricardo was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped the whole group get acquainted early on and made the whole day a great experience. Both wineries we went to were small family owned businesses. We were the only people there when we first arrived so it felt like a true VIP experience.

It was an interesting day to visit the Douro Valley . Excellent driver who was well versed in the area. However, maybe a bit too long in doing some things. There was an hour long cruise down and up the river. Pretty but not necessary in my opinion. Regardless a good way to experience the ports and wine of the region.

We really want to give Sandros a shout out here. The whole trip/tour was really high value, but our guide was the real star. He is friendly, knowledgeable, laid back, and an all-around pleasure to spend the day with. We were fortunate to have great rapport with the other guests so that made for a very fun experience. So much consideration was made to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. We would highly recommend this excursion!

Lovely Day with a great guide, Marcio. Interesting information along the way without being too much. Wine tastings were fun, but maybe a bit too much, with Wine producer tasting, Lunch with Wine, Boat ride with Wine tasting and a final vineyard wine tasting. But well worth the trip, depending on how much you want to taste I suppose. But spectacular scenery every moment.

We had an absolutely incredible wine tour, and João was the perfect tour operator! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Douro River, the region, and especially the incredible Port wines. He made the entire experience fun, interesting, and unforgettable. Lunch was excellent—with WAY too much delicious food to eat! The bottles were flowing, and we got to try so many amazing wines throughout the day. The whole experience was relaxed, fun, and absolutely worth every penny. João truly went above and beyond to make the day special. 11 out of 10 stars! I would fully recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Douro Valley. If you're debating whether it's worth the money—book it. You won't regret it!
