Never showed up. Two different times. I spent moneys to Uber to the pick up spot. No explanation. No call, no anything. These people should not be in business at all. Gaby was a great guide. She helped adjust the itinerary for my interests so I got to see the orchidarium. Nice hike to the waterfalls and a great time seeing hummingbirds. The chocolate tour was also very good.
